They did not give any warning and I trusted them without researching the med which has harmed or killed countless dogs. Corgis are prone to seizures and the medication triggered seizures in our otherwise healthy dog. The ER vet said this is a common issue with the med and they do not know why any vet is prescribing it. We've been dealing with months of uncontrollable seizures, multiple costly trips to the ER vet to stop cluster seizures, and our dog has permanent nervous system damage. She is now on seizure meds 2x/dly and it is unknown if the seizures will even stop with the meds. Her life is permanently altered.

When I left Lola, I felt completely reassured that my pup would be treated like one of Gloria's own. Lola was supplied with a dog bed since I forgot to bring hers. She had plenty of toys to play with in her pen and outside in the turf area! When I returned to get Lola she was so happy and hardly wanted to leave Gloria's side! I fortunately got a second opinion who also felt it was a little extreme, so we avoided the procedure and as my new vet predicted, the problem went away. I shudder thinking I almost put my pet through a major procedure for no reason. This is not the first time I have had them perform sloppy work, but definitely the biggest thing (besides euthanasia) that I've considered for my pets. Good riddance, and I'm continually surprised at how much more professional and affordable my new vet is. Further away, but worth it.

My dogs were at a place for boarding while I was out of town for a week. One of my dogs was rapidly…read moredeclining, and the boarding place moved my dogs (with my permission) to this place. They monitored my dogs the whole time. There is someone there the whole time. My older dog lost a tooth while he was there, and when we picked him up, they gave us the tooth in a ziplock bag. My dog went down hill rapidly when we got home from our trip. So a week later, I took him back to this place. And sadly, it was time to put him to sleep. But I got that extra week with him in between boarding and putting him down. I have since gone back with my other dog. And they are taking great care of my dog. They diagnosed allergies with him and gave me a 2 treatment plans to choose from. They also cleared up pink eye for him. And have given him his shots. I especially love that the place is clean, the people are friendly, and it seems organized and not overly busy. So many vets these days are so busy. They have 10 dogs or animals waiting to be seen, and 1 vet who goes from one to the next. This place seems more like 1-2 dogs in the lobby, and vets to see them. I am so glad to finally have found a vet I like in the Wichita area. I think this is the 5th one I've visited in the year that I have lived in south-central Kansas. Finally found a vet I love!

I requested an appointment via their online system and they got back to me quickly and were able to see us that morning! The staff was super and we really liked Dr. Beetch. She was very pleasant and gentle with our little Charlotte. She was able to diagnose the problem quickly, told us what may have caused the issue and had a suggestion to help avoid the problem in the future. Our regular vet liked Dr. Beetch's ideas so we have been implementing her recommendations and it has helped! Dr. Beetch and her staff really saved the day! Charlotte was feeling much better by the afternoon. Thank you so much for recognizing the urgency in the situation and working us in so quickly. The clinic was clean and quiet and we were treated like long-time patients even though it was our first visit. When I contacted them a few weeks later to get Charlotte's records they, again, responded quickly and provided what we needed.
