I would even give one star. The picture below show their grooming services The way they burned my dog face and body with the clippers is terrible. read more

PetSmart - The groomer shaved and burnt my goldendoodle. I will never go back! - Pet Training Near Me - Wichita, Kansas

Very quick and efficient service on getting my dogs nails trimmed. Fast service and reasonable price.

Always take my dog here for grooming services and never had any issues, he's had the same low grade heart murmur and is fine. They all of a sudden decided to call the vet and then turned him away because of it. We normally do all of our animal shopping here ( we have 3 dogs and a cat) but won't be any longer read more

Will not return. There was a line while I was there. The cashier thought it was a good time to look at pictures on a customers phone for 10 minutes. read more

Just took in my Chihuahua / Terrier Mix to Petsmart!! Jenn was our Groomer. CoCo got a Flea & Tck Bath, Ears Cleaned, Toenails Clipped & Ground Down and her Coat Vacuumed of Loose Fur. Around her neck was a SNAZZY new Bandana in Pink that says 'I Am Beautiful' !! I like that the Groomer fills out a Report Card, letting you know what was done and how they behaved. very professional. Going back with the Labradors soon for their Grooming :) I LOVE this place!! read more

I had a terrible experience with this store. I took my 1-year-old German Shepherd puppy to the North Rock Petsmart and made an appointment for a bath at the Grooming Salon. Aslan was very excited, and he barked a lot while we were in the store. About 30 minutes later, my phone rang and it was the PetSmart Store Manager. He was rude, harsh, and condescending. He stated that my dog was aggressive, and haughtily said, "I am cancelling that appointment." He then stated that I can never bring Aslan to the store for any services. I was heartbroken and broke down in tears as soon as I hung up. Aslan has been to Petsmart before for a bath and it went great! He makes friends easily with anyone who has friendly body language. Aslan is good with kids, he loves belly rubs, and he is not aggressive. Barking is not aggression. I am appalled that a company which advertises itself as a wonderful place for family pets would hire such a nasty store manager who can't tell the difference between an excited puppy and a dangerous animal. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

We had our Bichon groomed today and they did an awesome job. We travel most of the year in our rv so he never gets groomed by the same person twice and we usually use a local shop and stay away from the chains but this shop had good yelp reviews and rightfully so. I'd take Cooper back again. read more

Took my 3 m.o. Pomeranian here for grooming today. Jennifer was the groomer and she was very friendly. My puppy, Obi, was so nervous and was shaking when we first walked in. Jennifer caressed him and told me to come back in a few hours. My puppy got the upgraded puppy grooming service which included a bath (oatmeal shampoo), nail filing, ear cleaning, teeth cleaning and a light trim. I was worried because it was my puppy's first time but he seemed very calm when I came back to pick him up! Jennifer gave me Obi's report card which I thought was super cute. I'll definitely be back! Make sure you go online to book an appointment with one of the gals there. It's pretty easy to navigate and I think it'll be less overwhelming than hearing all of the services available in person. Nail trimming is a walk-in service but almost everything else must be booked in advance. They will call you the day before to remind you of your pet's appointment! Very professional. read more

This is a very well lit store and easy to find what you are looking for. I used to go in here to get pork chomps which they have stopped caring. I still like their Kong toy selection here. The lines are never too long and the store is clean. Everything you could want from a chain pet supply store. read more

This is a fantastic place to have your dog groomed! My dog, a 12 year old teacup poodle, has been here several times and each time is amazing! Now I don't exactly have much cash, so her groomings are far apart. So this time she came in she was far overdue for a professional haircut. She was this big fluff ball mess and so were her nails, which she almost never lets me do. Her face was in desperate need of a shave as well as her small paws. They treated her so well from the start, even when she was a mess. My dog is really old and she likes to lay down during the grooming and they always work around what's comfortable for my dog and I LOVE that! Especially since she's a poodle and they tend to have lots of hip problems. She came out like a whole new dog. Her paws were shaven perfectly along with her face. There wasn't a single nick on her anywhere from the trimming, they listened to how I wanted her groomed PERFECTLY, and even added bows to her ears! My only regret is that I wish I had more in cash to tip her groomer! I will always come here for my dogs grooming! I have some pictures to show just how good of a close shave they can give and how they can evenly shave my dogs poofy head and how cute the bows they added were! I only wish my dog could sit still for longer for me to get a better picture of it! read more

I have been using Petsmart for almost all of my pet needs for years but I think its time I found a new place to do my shopping. They have a wonderful selection of products but the staff really needs some more training or supervision- at least at the N. Rock location. The person helping me in the small animal section, Katie, was somewhat knowledgeable but also very rude and condescending towards my girlfriend and I. I have owned and loved rats since I was a child. Katie found it necessary to rudely correct the information I was sharing with my girlfriend- even though we were not talking to her at the time. She interjected herself into a private discussion we were having despite us telling her we didn't need any help at the time. When we did ask for help a few minutes later she was started acting as if she was too busy to deal with us despite the fact we came in early in the day when there were very few customers. There are many other stores in Wichita that have similar prices and selections and we will be using them in the future. I can't tell you how upsetting it is to find a store I like only to have to go find another because a teenager with limited experience felt the need to be rude. read more
