They did not inform me upon pick up and looking back seemed to cover it up because they took my dogs harness and went back and put it on him to cover up the 1 inch cut. They gave me some feedback on our one dogs nails because they're constantly breaking on their own and what not and suggested we take him like every other week...which I do but now that I've found and tried this place they will go here until we move! Comparing to PetSmart and Petco , this place has them both beat!! At PetSmart and Petco when I got them back their nails were still long which really upset me but here they did both the nail clipping and nail grinding to really get that nice cut they needed. I can tell they felt better afterwards too. Also as an added bonus Kiba our Akita mix got a nice stylish bandana since he grew out of his. They also have AMAZING candles which of course we bought. Lex is truly one of the few groomers my dog completely trusts. My dog can be nervous and tends to…read morenip when he's uncomfortable, but she has always been incredibly patient, gentle, and understanding with him. She has never been aggressive or rough with him, and I can tell he feels safe with her because despite hating being groomed, he still runs up to say hi to her every visit. The quality of the groom is always spectacular. He comes home happy, clean, and looking amazing every single time. For the value, it is absolutely worth it. What started as a positive experience gradually declined. I was repeatedly told my dogs were matted and needed to be shaved. The final visit was the breaking point, one dog came back with a botched groom, and I was told the other also needed to be cut short with no real explanation or apology from the groomer or the owner. I would have gladly paid extra to have the knots carefully brushed or scissored out. I just wish someone had offered that option. Every add-on service comes with an extra charge, yet basic grooming care and communication seem to be lacking. My new groomer immediately put me at ease, explaining that if they find a knotted area, they work to shave only what's necessary and scissor the rest. That's the standard I now know to expect. It's a shame, because I genuinely liked their treats, but I won't be purchasing those either. The lack of professionalism and the owner's complete silence after a bad experience said everything.

I decided to give her a try. I must say Lidia did not disappoint! Chumley (Lhasa) was given a teddy bear cut while Scooter ( King Charles mix) was cleanly shaved. Lidia listened to my desires and did a stellar job caring and grooming my boys. The enclosed photos show the detail to attention and dedication to her craft. $48.00 each per small dog (before tip) is a very reasonable price to pay for a cut, nail trim, anal glands expressed and teeth cleaning.
