He charges a really reasonable price. Pinto gets nervous and Archie is very gentle with him. He's also very honest, and will update you after how the appt went. There's a little window you can look through to see your dog groomed if you want. Archie is also the first groomer we ever had that actually asks us what we want for grooming and will make sure we are absolutely satisfied. And he is consistent every time. Because of such positive grooming experiences, we have also enrolled Pinto in their six week beginning obedience training course. Sharon is an excellent trainer. She's patient, attentive, responsive, observant and considerate. The group classes were well done. I learned a lot about dog behavior and nutrition too that I still put to daily use. Pinto has had great improvements on his leash w alking behavior and we are highly impressed. Overall this is a great place for your dog. We have not used their boarding services yet but would not hesitate in the future if we need to. I trust them and also trust Sharon's advice in case I ever have a doggie question.

2024 UPDATE. In April 2022 I brought my puppy here. When I went to pick her up, I was told by the…read morefront desk that her toe is bleeding a little and they think she caught it in the fencing. They brought her out and she would not put any weight on her back right leg. I took her straight to out vet. Her exam and Xrays showed abrasions on her inner right back leg and a fractured tibia. The Xrays were sent to a surgeon who said she needed immediate surgery. They did not call me to tell me she was injured, but instead let me know when I picked her up. They clearly didn't check her over well or watch her or take care of her to miss abrasions and her leg fracture. They half responded to emails from me, have been rude, and taken the stance of not responsible and don't ask us questions. We paid for our puppy to be watched, yet no one can tell us what happened and none of their cameras caught the incident. The one camera, that I know of, that would have shown her hopping on three legs, with an employee present, was not saved and recorded over. Our pup has had to have THREE surgeries and we are over ten thousand in costs. She cannot jump like a normal dog and only uses three of her legs to go up and down steps.

DO NOT take your dog to john Sampson owner of K9 training in auburn Michigan. my step son just…read morepicked up our German Sheppard puppy that we got for our 12 year old son who survived cancer to be his service dog. after 2 months of supposed "training" it appears that the puppy was kept in a kennel way to small, never let out, had old shit matted in his fur, can barely walk from disuse of his hip muscles, toe nails so long that they are curving back into his paws, and rope choke collar that is way too small and been left on for so long his fur is growing into it and it had to be cut off, and a severe bilateral ear infection. dog being rushed to vet now. I would never expect this from a fellow veteran, web site says he was in Vietnam, 101 airborne, and trains service dogs for vets. update from vet: puppy also has chipped teeth (from chewing on bars of crate) and sores on his scrotum (from laying in urine and feces). vet said dog should be ok, but probably will have mental scars for the rest of his life.
