I called again this morning and Morgan once again answered and I explained that Gidget was getting worse, not eating and her breathing was very labored, I'm 72 years old,and I've had several dogs! i moved here from NY and anytime one of my dogs needed care the vets office would always get me in as soon as possible. Being a Service Animal, I am very careful with him. They give me a time to bring him in and they take him right away, The do a very very good job and are gentle with him and best of all The Call me 15 minutes before he is done and I am there to pick him up when they finish him. He charges a really reasonable price. Pinto gets nervous and Archie is very gentle with him. He's also very honest, and will update you after how the appt went. There's a little window you can look through to see your dog groomed if you want. Archie is also the first groomer we ever had that actually asks us what we want for grooming and will make sure we are absolutely satisfied. And he is consistent every time. Because of such positive grooming experiences, we have also enrolled Pinto in their six week beginning obedience training course. Sharon is an excellent trainer. She's patient, attentive, responsive, observant and considerate. The group classes were well done. I learned a lot about dog behavior and nutrition too that I still put to daily use. Pinto has had great improvements on his leash w alking behavior and we are highly impressed. Overall this is a great place for your dog. We have not used their boarding services yet but would not hesitate in the future if we need to. I trust them and also trust Sharon's advice in case I ever have a doggie question.
