I have been taking my Service Dog Dodger to this Groomer for the last 6 years to of which are a…read more120 mile round trip to get there. They are the best I have ever had my dog too. Being a Service Animal, I am very careful with him. They give me a time to bring him in and they take him right away, The do a very very good job and are gentle with him and best of all The Call me 15 minutes before he is done and I am there to pick him up when they finish him. I do not allow him to be caged ever and he is a life saver for me. A Fur Person not a pet. smile. They are the best and most courteous people in the 8 years I have had him groomed .

My mother and I have been long-time clients of this business, and we couldn't ask for a better veterinarian in Dr. Armstrong. He is knowledgeable about his profession, and is kind, yet firm with the animals. He also explains everything to you, from what he's doing during the exam to possible diagnoses for the animals. Having moved out of the state recently, I have dreaded finding a new vet as wonderful as Dr. Armstrong, and one with a staff as friendly and caring as the ones at SRAH. I had even called during my move when I was worried that my cat wasn't drinking water and using her litter box during the trip, and Dr. Armstrong called me back at his earliest convenience to make sure that everything was okay (my cat ended up using the "potty" and drinking a bit before he called). I held the cat and she trimmed his nails, and I was in the office for five minutes. They charged me $48. That is a ridiculous amount for a nail trim of an existing patient.. It's a convenient place to go, but we will be looking for a new place to go. This is a blatant example of businesses that are taking advantage of their clients.
