Even though it was expensive, I'm happy to report that it did work and I got my cat to the vet and back without any escapes. Even the vet was impressed because it had a little zipper top so you can reach your hand in to pet your cat and help keep them calm. I'm not sure it that feature is for the cat or the human, but it made me feel better too. I didn't browse anything else, but it looked like they offered lots of healthy-focused pet foods. They also had a table with adorable dog biscuits by the checkout. It's a small store overall, but it's very convenient if you're shopping at the nearby Kroger like I was.

The staff here is always very welcoming and friendly. They greet you as you come in the door, they help you out with things you need to find, and how to use the washing system. The place is nice and open, not too crowded lots of options all over the place, which makes my dog wander around, smelling everything, but most of it is not able to be, eaten on the spot. Everyone that seems to go there is very polite and make sure to keep control of their pets. While I was there three other people washed their dogs and everybody seemed to walk away happy especially the puppies that walked out with a treat at the end. It was much easier than at home to wash the dog (no mess) and with the food, treats, accessories for your pet, it really makes it a nonstop shop in a pretty good location.

They don't usually carry the cheaper foods you might find at big box stores but you will find mid grade to higher quality foods and supplements which I prefer. The staff at the stores are generally great. Always polite and professional but not all of them know a ton about products. There supply is one person though at each store that's an expert, just gotta find them. They have nice and great priced dog wash stations which I use often. And I think most have in house groomers as well if you need that service. Parking here at this location can be tough. I suggest just going to the parking areas to the south towards the furniture store as the north lot is tiny and usually packed.

She is very nice, great with my doodle, she does an excellent job for over 2 years now, and my dog trust her. I tell him we are going to see Erin, get his haircut, and he is so excited. Its not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. I am very picky, who touches my dog, and where he goes. Whether it's the vet or the groomer I want my dog to feel comfortable. No different than I want to feel comfortable and trust my doctors, and places I go to get stuff done.

I had the owner contact me who informed me my 10 pound dog was unmanageable (a comment I have never received in the 10 years I have had him and have been having him groomed regularly) and even admitted a more experienced groomer should have groomed him but yet continued to groom him and hurt him in the process and did NOT OFFER ANY SORT OF REFUND. Absolutely disgusted with this customer service and will not be returning. Not to mention a 10 pound dog grooming was $85. Go somewhere else. Don't waste your time or put your dogs in danger.

The staff communicated well with me trying to book last minute and also sent photos and updates via text while we were away. He seemed to settle in well with the staff as they were very attentive. I also watched the staff interact with dog owners there for boarding, grooming, and/or daycare. You can tell they love their job and the animals they care for! I've worked with animals for 15 years, and knowing someone will care for my own pet the way I would is priceless.

The first time we took our…read morethree dogs there was not a great experience, but I took into consideration per her request to be patient because she's stated she was training a groomer. I did give her another chance. It was a Complete disaster. The owner refused to do anything I requested and I found her to be quite lackadaisical. Didn't cut or even bother to trim my Australian Shepherd, didn't cut her nails didn't grind the nails yet she told me she did. I think I made the mistake of pre-paying when I wouldn't have otherwise. Lesson learned never pre-pay! I am a very unsatisfied customer and I will not be returning!!

I brought in my cavapoo (11lb) dog & she insinuated I was abusing her. This dog is my whole world & lives like a queen. She has NEVER been abused. I stressed that I did not want them to shave her hair down close to her skin. She did have some matting, which I told them about when dropping her off, but they told me they could work with it. I also asked that her face be rounded, but they did not trim her face AT ALL. She had long bangs that hung over her eyes and they didn't even touch them, just put them in bows. She had 1 mat on top of her head and they shaved her head in that one spot and left the rest of it long. It looked absolutely ridiculous :( My husband and I had to cut her bangs ourselves when we got home just so she could SEE. They had her from 4:15pm - 7:30pm and I don't think they even gave her a bath. She didn't smell like shampoo and she still had dirt in her tail (which had also not been trimmed) Her nails were poorly cut so they were still sharp and long, one of them split in half at the tip? We think that because they were busy, they kept her in a kennel for the majority of the time and then rushed to finish her so they could go home. We will not be coming back and I do not recommend you bring your babies here.

My husband brought our Lagotto her for grooming. I have hesitated leaving a review but as the days…read morego by and I realize how long it will take for our dog to look like his breed I get more and more frustrated. My husband let them know while booking what breed we had. One would hope that they would do some research or, at the very least as to look at one of our pictures. I'm at a loss for what happened here. It's clear looking at the before and after's that they clearly didn't do even the slightest due diligence. Our Lagotto now looks like???? IDK...a doodle??? A poodle??? I'm completely at a loss for words and, again, frustrated by how long it will take for him to look like he should.
