Terrible customers service skills, especially from the dog grooming section. I had two terrible experiences with Olivia so I cannot even excuse the first instance as her having a bad day. For the most part, the grooming is alright with some exceptions, but the unfriendly and unpleasant demeanour of the staff has ensured that I--and the rest of my friends, family, and colleagues--will never go again. The nail in the coffin was truly Jessica; if she treats people in such a brash manner to their face then I cannot even imagine how she treats the dogs when the owners are gone. I really hope that PetSmart revisits the idea of good service towards both people and pets before their staff drives off anymore customers. read more

When I went in, I asked for a #10 cut for my dog. The groomer told me he recommended a #5 or #6. I proceeded to tell him I would like a #10 because it's what I always get. When I picked up my dog, she was not cut to a #10, her ears were cut so lopsided, and her hair on her head is still long and so choppy. My 5 year old could've done just as good of a job and it wouldn't have cost me $92!!! I will not be going back! Very disappointed. read more

Have been taking our dogs to the groomers for years & always had great service. Store offers good sales & has a wide variety of pet attire.

I too my shi tzu cross and bichon cross there for the first time for a shampoo and cut....when I picked them up the bill was over $120.00 for both. The cuts were fine except the feet were a little long. I was stunned at the price as my sister in Vancouver pays $ 65.00 for her Aussie Shepherd. I emailed them but never heard back. read more

All I can say is rude staff who are not willing to help. The cashiers are constantly on their cell phones and or talking about their private lives amongst each other like really that is not professional. I will most likely be taking my business and also since this is an American chain why is not American prices. read more

The workers in the bird and reptile section are extremely rude. We were refuses service despite the fact that we have bird care experience and our older family members have extensive experience as well. Dont bother with this place; go to petland. read more

Visit with my Beagle on a weekly basis! I have also purchased all my fish (2 large tropical tanks) from PetSmart. Prices are comparable to most reputable pet stores in the area and they always have a good stock of super cheap disposable toys. Staff is always very attentive and helpful. Number one choice in Lethbridge and area! read more
