Terrible customers service skills, especially from the dog grooming section. I had two terrible…read moreexperiences with Olivia so I cannot even excuse the first instance as her having a bad day. For the most part, the grooming is alright with some exceptions, but the unfriendly and unpleasant demeanour of the staff has ensured that I--and the rest of my friends, family, and colleagues--will never go again. The nail in the coffin was truly Jessica; if she treats people in such a brash manner to their face then I cannot even imagine how she treats the dogs when the owners are gone. I really hope that PetSmart revisits the idea of good service towards both people and pets before their staff drives off anymore customers.

When I went in, I asked for a #10 cut for my dog. The groomer told me he recommended a #5 or #6. I…read moreproceeded to tell him I would like a #10 because it's what I always get. When I picked up my dog, she was not cut to a #10, her ears were cut so lopsided, and her hair on her head is still long and so choppy. My 5 year old could've done just as good of a job and it wouldn't have cost me $92!!! I will not be going back! Very disappointed.
