******2nd update******* Police report filed still waiting from the detective BUUUTTTT as well as I got a call from the District manager Jamie Shrodder(don't know if it's spelled right) apparently there is NOTHING they can do about our money being stolen FROM THE MANAGER b said that there's no cameras in the office where they have the safe so they can't see her take our money....HOW IS THAT SAFE to have no camera in the room with the safe?! I'll gladly accept the loss of the $292 but what PETSMART needs to do is realize that they have a thief working among them and I'll leave this in the hands of Karma, cause one thing about Karma is the tables will always turn. Word of mouth goes a long way!! ****Update*** We were able to talk to the manager who did review the video, and older couple did return the Wallet which did fall out of the pocket in the store foyer (cart corral area) we asked if the customer fumbled with the wallet she said no he picked it up and retuned it right to an associate, we we replied "so your confirming the customer didn't mess with the wallet and returned it so the money was still in the wallet when it was given to the associate but when returned to us it was missing, not to point fingers at anybody but do you see how it's conflicting?" She responded immediately "I trust my managers so that's,THAT!" From there we have filed a report with the police and have a detective looking into this. --Previous post below-- I hope the $292 dollars that was stolen out of my wallet when it fell on the ground was worth it, apparently "an old man" returned my wallet from outside but only stole the money that was wrapped in a receipt instead of all the cash, when we went back to get it and noticed some money missing, the cashier seemed unwilling to get a manager to look at the cameras then when the manager was called (I think her name was Brittney) she rolled her eyes and smirked and made a face at the cashier thinking I wouldn't see and was at a loss for words when I asked her not to make faces at my situation and to help when I asked for her manager. All I was wanting was for someone to show even A LITTLE compassion and caring that I was robbed of $292. Now the "highest of managers" shows up and they are telling me there's nothing they can do, I ask for their manager or the store managers name so I can ask to speak to them and they "can't give out personal information" they said they didn't know the store managers name and if they did they couldn't help me... so what is someone suppose to do if their personal items are stolen on property? I guess nothing because nobody can access any cameras and nobody can reach out to any managers or give any names of managers... sounds to me like this may have been an inside job and they didn't realize I knew exactly to the dollar how much was stolen.. read more

It took four hours to do a simple bath and haircut! WTF??? I've never been angrier in my life, plus when I did get pups back, I was overcharged and the groomer failed to trim fur from in-between pads. I spent a half hour at home finishing up. Waste of our time and money! SHAME on Petsmart groomers. WE'll never go back! read more

the one employee at the register was super creepy and wouldn't stop staring at me and my girlfriend and when we were checking out he just kept staring and it was very unsettling plus when I was trying to pay he didn't even have the card reader ready. very creepy definitely won't be going again read more

We have been taking our fur babies to Kaley S for over a year. She is great with the dogs and does a wonderful job.

i got a guinea pig here a couple years back and she had a HUGE ring worm on her back that they wouldn't take care of, instead gave us a huge discount on her.. i hadn't gone back until a couple days ago and they are still horrible with their animals. there are so many fish in one tank that they couldn't move.. all the employees are really rude. all around just a really bad experience. read more

We drove an hour and a half there to get a 75 gallon fish tank with stand that was on sale, save $150. Asked the manager at the register to get us help with the fish tanks and he said the worker in the back with the fish will be able to help. So I waited my turn in line at the back of the store and when it was my turn, I showed the girl that we wanted the big 75 gallon tank. She had to ask the manager if they could sell the display, without looking in the back to see if they had anymore or if there was even one in boxes. After I told her we had a long drive, she went to the back to check and came out with a flat cart. She told us, "If you can lift it, then you should be good and be out there" and left. No one else came to help us load it onto the cart or into the truck. Not going back!! read more

Our favorite pet store in Fort Smith. They have everything you need and the groomers are excellent. There is one who looks like Joey Graceffa who is quite nice and nice to look at. :) They allow cats and dogs to come in the store and our dogs love it. Some of the girls who work there need to be nicer. One gave the hairy eyeball to a guy who had a dog with a goosey. He was old, but a lot of dogs do that. It is not a cough. One boy who works there touches my dogs all the time without permission. I really don't care for that either, but all in all a great store. read more

They set an appointment up for me the same day that I called which I wasn't expecting. I took my three dogs in and the employees were so helpful and welcoming. Two of my dogs were scared and they were so good to them and extremely patient. Definitely recommend! read more

Very disappointed in my grooming experience. I usually take my pup to the Fay store and they do amazing work. I asked for the lowest trim for my dog and for his nails not to be done because I had already had them done. They cut his nails which are now razor blades and they didn't trim his hair evenly NOR to the lowest it can go. Will NOT be back. read more

I took my dog in for a nail trim and grind. I called ahead to make sure that they had two people available. (I have a 43 pound Black Mouth Cur who hates getting her nails done but if you use two people from the start then she does fine. She just needs someone distracting her.) The groomer said, yes we do. I told her she needed to people. I took her in and repeated myself three separate times that they needed two people from the start. I was told okay. I left to run next store to Wal-Mart because I had guests coming that afternoon and I needed a couple of things. About 10 mins later, I get a voicemail from Jackie and she said that my dog was to wiggly and they had to stop. I walk back over and the first thing I asked is if they used two people. Both groomers back pedal and explain why they couldn't use two people. I said I asked you four times and was told that isn't a problem. I was so mad. I got my dog and went to go look for the manager. Once I found the manager I explained the situation. In return, I got a "I'm sorry, what would you like me to do about that?" I was furious. I said, I want your groomers to listen to the dogs owners when they tell them things about the dogs. It is stupid for them not too. I came here because I was told that you could provide two people. And then that didn't happen. Moral of the story: don't use PetSmart's groomers because they don't listen to the owners. I will never go back to this PetSmart! Today I met one of your store associates named Madison. She did many things today that exceeded my expectations. First of all, I found only one 33 ounce container of sea salt on the shelf. She went and looked through all the boxes that she was unloading to search for more. Then, she explained that anytime I needed any product I could have an associate order it in store on their ipad and have it delivered to my home without shipping costs. Next, she offered to sell me two smaller 16 ounce aquarium salts for an adjusted price to meet my needs. That way, I could leave the store with the amount that I intended today. I also bought a product called a uv light that inhibits the growth of algae in our 50 gallon tank. She explained that I could have any replacement parts easily ordered and delivered. She also explained that she herself has not used the product, but that if I wasn't satisfied that I could return it. When I got to the register I met another super nice young man named Aaron. He was so personable and asked me my phone number to look up my membership. He listened to what I told him about the price adjustment on the aquarium salt and coordinated with Madison to ensure that it was right. Then, I told him that the price on the screen was incorrect for the uv light. He patiently waited for Madison to check the shelf price. Then, she proceeded to make it even a few dollars lower by adjusting the price to match that which was online. I was amazed by the responsiveness and courteousness of these two young adults. I really appreciate all of the great service today. It was amazing. read more

We had our Shih Tzu and terrier mix dogs clipped there. Both dog's hair was "chopped". Terrible cut. So when we got new puppies we thought there was no way they could mess it up. We were not happy with the hair cuts on our schnauzer puppies. We won't be going back. read more
