He comes home with a little report card and I can often find photos of him posted on their Facebook page. I even got text messages of him in the salt water pool. Yes, a salt water pool! Apparently, that's better for their skin! It seems like the dogs get plenty of play time with people that love animals. On his last visit, I had them give him a bath before coming home. I paid extra money for my dog to have a cot while I was away. Upon my return, I was told by staff that he has a cut above his left eye. When she brought him out she said she had to wipe green mucus from his right eye. I told her it looked infected. I paid and left. On the car ride home my dog smelled like urine. As soon as I got home I called back and asked about the urine odor and double checked that he slept in a cot. I also complained about the infection of his eye. I also noticed my dog was limping. I was reassured the manager would give me a call. That never happened! No one ever called. I decided I would no longer use them for my dog again. I do not feel like my dog was properly taken care of during his stay. Update: Yesterday I received a call from the President of the company. He apologized and offered a free bath for my dog. I accepted his apology and the free bath. The staff were also very apologetic. I appreciate him reaching out and addressing the issues and concerns.

He also does court evaluations for dangerous dogs, so this should say something to you as well. He handles everything from small puppies to exotic animals (at least at one time). Hourly sessions. You want that "perfect" dog that you see on TV? One that minds his master...never runs away? Does not bite furniture? No jumping on people. Walks with no leash? Big aggressive type dog? This is the man. Drop the mike....end of story. The next part is on you. Just give him a call. You want "that' dog? Just make the call. He is a blessing to the area. Even if you are a couple of hours away and have to pay for him to travel......he is absolutely worth it.

They had said it would take 3-4 hours but they finished with him a little sooner. They have text alerts to remind you of your appointment and to let you know when your pup is ready to be picked up. All the staff members I interacted with were really sweet. Maybe a little too sweet, they said he behaved really well when they were giving him a bath, I think they're lying about this because this dog is notoriously anxious, especially at bath time! He got a cute little Halloween bandana to take home and was suspiciously calm on the car ride back. I would highly recommend this place!
