    Dirty location! Very unsanitized and dusty, there can't be a cleaning crew at all! I would not allow my dog to ever walk on that floor!

What's the point of an appointment if your taking all the dogs at the same time? Anyway, my dog came out with stink breath, uneven hair cut. One paw nails cut ,the other paw long nails and a bleeding butt. I didn't notice until I got home but I was pissed. What did they do to my 4lb dog? I called them to express my dissatisfaction. The manager took no responsibility. She came up with the dumbest excuses and not once apologized. Didn't offer a credit and told me to bring her in next week so she can fix it.Next week? I highly suggest the manager take some communication and management courses. She has no idea how to run a business, schedule or manage. As far as my dogs butt bleeding. I'm filing a police report because what the heck did they do to my dog?What do they have going on at that shop? Are they abusing animals?All she had to do was offer an apology, offer to bring her back in asap and pay the vet bill because she did not go in there with a bleeding butt.My car seats are white, I would know. Instead she totally tried to blame in on my dog. Calling her wild and suggesting that I give her some sleeping medicine before bringing her in. It's so funny because when I picked her up, they told me she was well behaved. But when I call you out for your lack of professionalism and for hurting my dog. Now she wild? Get a clue! People Please don't take your dog there Ever!!! I also gave the lady a tip before I got home and realized my dog was jacked up. They could atleast have offered me a credit, refund or an apology. I would've be great with an apology. Thanks to them, I have to take her to a vet to get her little butt examined. If they harmed my dog .They can expect a lawsuit. They have no idea who they pulled this stunt on. Do yourself a favor and find a more Professional groomer. One who actually loves animals and takes responsibility. There must have been some technology clitch and I never got the SMS saying my dog was ready. They finally called me to pick her up. Instead of believing me when I told them I hadnt gotten their texts (although I showed them my phone) they proceeded to charge me the penalty of a dollar for every minute past the grace period. I am not complaining about paying the penalty (I am fully aware it exists and understand why businesses need these policies). I am furious that they are unwilling to recognize there was a glitch and decided to not rely on my word, not trust the phone when I showed them I hadnt gotten their texts and disregards our history, and waive the penalty. An appt that usually costs around 80 plus tax and tip, today costs $194 without including tip!!!!!!! Here go the details if you are interested. When I dropped my dog off I was told I would be notified 30 min before she was ready and that it should take approximately 1 and a half hours to cut her hair. In the past I had shown up at the time I had been told when I dropped her off (although I hadnt gotten the text) and she hadnt been ready. Therefore I began to rely on the texts before going to pickup. Usually this was fine except for one occasion. I was told she would be ready around 4:30. Then I was texted that it was taking longer. We went back and forth and I finally decided to go and stand there at 7:30 pm and insisted on getting my dog. She was still wet. Although I never got an apology or a discount for the poor service, given the long relationship, I took my dog in today. Today I didnt het their texts. There must have been some sort of glitch. Given I wasnt responding to the texts they said they had sent me they finally called me 2.5 hours passed the time they told me she should be ready. I told them I hadnt gotten the text and they proceeded to tell me I should have shown up at the time they had given me upon drop off. Upon arrival I showed them I hadnt gotten their text. Then they told me I should have picked her up at the time I was given and shouldnt have waited for the text. I told them about my experiences in the past when I had shown up at the approximate times I was told, and the time I waited 4 hours and still got a wet dog. Anyways, my dog is fine, and has a great hair cut as always. When I get into the car, their texts started coming through. They told me they had charged my credit card 194 dollars. I was surprised that although I had shown them that I hadnt gottern their texts, they still charged me their penalty. No regard for hour history, and no recognizition of their previous mistakes that I had not complained about. They continue to fight with me over text. See pictures.

    Duchess (5 month old goldendoodle) saw Andrea for her first ever puppy groom. The process was…read moreseamless from beginning to end. I booked the appointment online and uploaded her vaccine records in the online portal. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a member of the staff who took me through some questions and advised me of the process from there. Upon this initial intake, Duchess was checked for matted hair, upon which time I was advised that my appointment would cost more ($15 per matted area I believe). I found this to be completely reasonable since this would require more of Andrea's time to complete the service. I was texted a photo of Duchess when she was almost ready for pick up and I proceeded on my way back down to the establishment (earlier than I anticipated). Upon arrival, Andrea came out to speak with me about how Duchess did (she did great!) and give some advice for maintaining her coat and the schedule we should maintain. Duchess was very clearly treated well during her visit and did not show any signs of discomfort or anxiety when I picked her up. I will say that Andrea's prices are not cheap, which I am ok with given the quality of service and level of care with my pup. We have already scheduled our next appointment and look forward to seeing Andrea again.

    Unfortunately, after 3 years of using Wag as my pup's boarding place, I'm no longer able to…read morerecommend them. In fact, I feel like I have to warn anyone AGAINST using them as it is no longer a safe or clean place for pups. For years, I had no issue. They were friendly, May loved them, and I had no complaints. The past couple of times have been a nightmare. In September, May (my fur baby) was injured within 1/2 day of her 3 day stay. I only found out because absolutely no one noticed she was bleeding and they sent a report card with her picture. I immediately noticed the issue and called them. They said they didn't know what happened or when but promised to clean the wound and let me know if there were any further issues. I picked her up and noticed she had scratched her ears while there and was scabbed and bleeding. The other injury to her face was healing well though so, I managed to have a conversation with the supervisor, Max, and let him know I was dissapointed. I appreciated that he seemed proactive and that someone else higher up also reached out to handle the issue and I was assured they would be making changes to prevent issues like this in the future. I was hesitant to bring May back but decided to bring her back for a 1 night stay and test it out. After all, I had only had the 1 issue before. I left her and the next day, I called around 1pm and let them know I would be delayed picking her up (scheduled for 3:30pm) and asked them to feed her since I'd be there after their dinner feeding time. I mentioned I had left an extra bag, as usual. The lady that answered assured me May was doing great and she was about to be taken out for a little play time and they would feed her. When I arrived around 8:30pm, the first thing the person at the counter said was "who are you picking up?" I was a little taken aback by the unfriendliness since I had never experienced that but I still said hello and gave my pet's name. She called for her to be brought up, still no other words spoke, and went to grab something in the back. She came back and handed me the extra bag of food I had left. I was obviously confused and asked her if that meant May had not been fed as I had requested. She just said "I don't know, I just got here" with an attitude and kept walking. At that point, I was really concerned and was starting to get upset so I mentioned that I had called earlier and asked for them to feed her as well as the fact that this was the 2nd time she was not properly cared for and how dissapointing that was. She shrugged and went to the back and they brought May out. The supervisor, Max, also came out and asked if anyone asked to speak to a manager. I mentioned what happed and he just said "well, i know i can't change your mind". No apologies, nothing. Even after I mentioned that what upset me the most was the lack of kindness and customer service from the person at the register. To make matters worse, once i got home with May, I noticed she had a new cut above her eye and some questionable stains around her neck - see new pictures. If you opt to leave your pet here, I strongly advise you check for any injuries when you pick them up. May is white and everything stands out and it's easy to tell if something is not right but it's not so with dogs of any other color. It's a shame that they've gotten so bad so far

Tiffany was great about it She was able to clear things up, give me a tour, explain how the facility operated and get my little fella settled. When I left I was able to see my little guy from their cameras. One thing I liked about Pet Paradise is their kennel sizes. The are oversized and have plenty of room to roam around when not in the play area. Actually two separate areas with one where they can see their neighbors and the opposite side where they can have privacy with a place to lay down, get water and just relax. When I came back to pick him up I learned he did pass the temperament test. Buy when I asked how he did Rachel informed me she did not know. I was told I would be getting one more free day because I should have had a folder to take with me telling me about his day. The folder was missing. So I will return and with such a great experience I can see checking them out again.

    This in my opinion is a terrible location. When you walk in they take their sweet time coming…read more out to help you. The place does not look as though they're managing it well. The floors and walls look nasty and the bathrooms are disgusting inside. No paper towels in the towel dispenser. I did not see any of the animals playing. This was last minute for me bringing my pet. This is also the last time too. I'll stick to the location in Peachtree city...
