Haven't had great experiences with her. She was the last one to see my baby (unfortunately, i can't begin to describe the gut punch i felt when she walked into the exam room). Her attitude was 'well take her to a specialist we can't do anything'. Dr. Andrea had her on a med used for cancer patients and that with prednisolone worked. Marshall wouldn't do it. Dr Andrea would have moved mountains, God keep her close always. Dr Joey would have at least tried. At any rate, my sweet girl passed on. I tried to get her to Wilson but didn't make it. My mom called and told them what happened (as the practice kept sending reminders for checkups). The folks at RAH sent a hand signed card. Guess who didn't sign? Marshall, who refused to do anything to help my cat. Which is fine, I don't need that negative every anyway and I dont care for disingenuity.

The last couple of times she groomed our dog there were a couple of issues, so the last time she came to our home to take care of our dog I brought those issues to her attention. A few days later she sent an email ending our "business relationship" because though our "complaints and concerns are valid" she "could not confirm or deny" what happened. I wish to point out that when I told her of these concerns that I was as polite as I could be with her, so that she was aware of what happened. In her email to us she expressed that she felt very anxious while working on our dog after our exchange. Which is part of the reason she quit. After 5 years of having her come to our house to groom our pet and having a pleasant business relationship we thought we had, we thought that bringing things like this to her attention would be nothing more than something for her to consider while working on our pet, regardless of whether she could confirm or deny what she was being being told.

The fish tanks are dirty and some of the beta's are dead and the rest are depressed. The bathrooms are in need of repair- the men's bathroom you can't flush the toilet, there is no soap and they have a stand lamp because the overhead is out. The women's have a stall that the locking mechanism is broken off and barely flushes. The store is also marketing a damaged (to the point it is unusable) everything included 20 gallon aquarium with none of the accessories for the same price as a new 20 gallon aquarium. This store needs an overhaul and should NOT be looking after live animals.

At drop off, she never mentioned that my dog was matted nor quoted me a price. My pet was dropped off at 9am per the appointment. He was not ready untill 4pm. with a $5 tip, (not diserved) the cut cost me $100. on top of that she had cut my dog with blades on his left side, i found newly blood stains on his side when i got home. I swear he will present himself proudly to me after a visit there saying through his eyes "look how handsome I look!" But so much more than that, the owner and her staff are angels on earth. They love on him so good - so much so that they are all part of our family. We made the tough choice today to say goodbye to our old man - 22 years old! We brought him to the Soapy Dog to say goodbye to his fan club. And all of them cried with us and comforted us and loved on him for the final time. They are a remarkable group of people and I would recommend their services (and friendship) to anyone.

When I called to make an appointment I was told that there was no availability for about a month. I…read morescheduled an appointment and was told to bring proof of rabies vaccination with me when I came. About a week prior to my appointment an employee called and said they had a cancellation so I was able to get my dog's haircut sooner. A day or two before my originally scheduled appointment I received a text notification reminder in reference to my initial appointment. I left a message stating I had already came and did not get anymore notifications about that appointment. The business is small and located downtown Knightdale. There is street parking in front of the business. Two chairs were located near the front counter and front door to sit and do paperwork. There are several pictures of dogs on the wall and there is a room located behind the front counter where the animals are groomed. When I arrived I checked in and had to fill out paperwork for my dog. I was also asked if it was ok to give my dog a treat. I was advised that for the appointment it would take 4 hours. When I dropped my dog off Johnell advised me that it would be longer. I was called approximately 4.5 hours after I dropped my dog off. Johnell asked me what type of cut I wanted and did a good job grooming my dog. When I went to pay I was charged extra because I was told that my dog moved a lot during the appointment.
