I purchased a hamster from this store and during the third night of owning it, I had to watch it…read moreslowly die. The next morning when I was able to contact the store, I was informed that they neglected to give the baby hamsters medicine for wet tail, a completely treatable disease. Half of the litter died because they had gotten relaxed with their hamster care. I was able to receive a refund, but nothing can erase the trauma of having to watch the poor little thing suffer and slowly die for hours.

One of these were discovered and they told me they were only treating the one. He also had bite marks on his head and neck. When I called to ask about what had happened, they told me they had "tried to call but accidentally entered in the phone number I had given into the computer wrong. Oopsie." A bunch of young adults work here who don't actually care for your canine. Please for the sake of your dog avoid at all costs!!!!!!

We've done both a full-on groom the first time and then just recently a 'mini" groom...super satisfied both times. The staff here is so warm and welcoming and friendly, and I can tell from how our pup acts coming home he hasn't been traumatized in any way (a problem for an earlier groomer not here in Starkville). The care and professionalism that Emerson demonstrated cannot be overstated; Annabeth in particular was friendly and on top of all our concerns-- she put us at ease immediately, and helped us through the process.
