They treat your pet like their own and give a very customized, breed specific grooming based on your desires, at a good price! We couldn't be more pleased and will, for certain, be loyal customers into the future.

Shannon got back with me immediately after I filled out online form. It was her day off and she came out here immediately to take care of my cat HOOT. She did this on her day off and would not let me pay a penny! I am so stressed and broke from vet bills for the dog. She MADE MY DAY. The cat is white and looks so clean. He had some wounds too that she cleaned up for me. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT THIS COMPANY!

She also sent a reminder text then day before, and I appreciated that a lot. She does only take smaller dogs. I can't remember the exact size, but I know she couldn't take our Great Dane/lab mix. She also only takes checks or cash, which I didn't know about when I made the appointment, so be prepared. Luckily I had a check in my wallet! It's a bit hard to find if you aren't familiar with Lenoir City, but she gave me directions when I made the appointment, which was very helpful. The GPS also takes you right to the door, which doesn't always happen when a store is in the back part of the shopping center. All in all, a great groomer in LC that I would recommend to anyone looking for a cut for their smaller dogs.
