Letting her run around the store playing with all the dogs and even meeting a kitty for the first time. I will follow her wherever she goes and now she comes to my house! How more perfect could that be? She loves my fur babies and they love her. And the cuts are show quality. While she was at the store she was my 'go to' groomer always. She's working in the Farragut area but if you have a multiple dog household she may come to your home in West Knoxville like she did mine. Call Bekki- she is hands down the best.

I was told that my dog WOULD NOT be allowed in "group play" being that he is over 7 months and not neutered. I took him to the vet to get the vaccinations required to be at daycare. At first I was happy to hear that an accommodation could be made for my dog to interact with humans and get out for some potty breaks. I only needed 3 hours to take an exam. I brought in his breakfast and came back 3 hours later to get my dog. When I walked in his food was still out in the lobby.... The employee or owner (unsure) who greeted me asked who I was there to pick up. I told her my dog's name and she said "wow he hasn't been here very long. I haven't gotten a chance to meet him yet." I thought that was bizarre... then what was he doing? 2 days later I received his "report card" which included the photo I posted below. My dog was in fact in group play. Not only could he have gotten another dog pregnant... he came home with kennel cough. Another vet bill later he is okay.... But still. What on earth are they doing in there? How many other "accommodations" are they making that aren't kept?? Maybe another dog didn't need to get a bordetella vaccination and that's how mine came home with it? I don't know but a 30$ stay for 3 hours (including the price to just make an account) plus over $300 in vet bills later. I'm not happy and would never recommend this facility to someone. I truly hope no one came home with puppies because I know that is a lot more than $300. PSA if your dog stayed here on July 14, 2025 they may also have kennel cough or be pregnant.

That's part of your 12 minutes, and that's my biggest problem. The 12 minutes is supposed to cover washing, drying, and cleaning up. Who is washing and drying their dog in 12 minutes? I had to pay $24 just to have enough time to dry her. The time doesn't pause if you turn off the water or dryer. Unless you're doing a quick, half-ssa bath, it's not the place to go. Other places are better. My dog is short, about 50 pounds, built like a bulldog, and has short hair--and that still wasn't enough time.
