I had to leave my 2 kittens there for 3 nights, and the receptionist called once surgery was completed to give an update on their condition. The veterinarian was very thorough with after care. That's a HUGE plus, as peace of mind is important when choosing a vet. Parking has been really easy in their gravel lots on either side of the building every time I've been there. The bad: While the vets are amazing, the front desk staff is lacking in the customer service department. I try not to judge too harshly in this area normally, but I have consistently been ignored, put on hold for 15+ minutes, and twice forgotten about entirely. I know they're probably busy but it's difficult to call and ask questions, schedule appointments, etc over the phone and seriously cuts back on the convenience factor. The price. I naively assumed all vets offices were at least close in price, so when my past vet in Knoxville charged us $215 for two dogs annual shots, I was shocked when the same shots plus ear drops was $420 here. After asking around, this seems to be at least $100 more than other local vets in this area so we are planning to find a new vet now. Overall: if money is no object and you're patient with the phones, you'll get wonderful care for your pets here!
