In fact; like the groomer we used to use in our old hometown, they declared my dog delightful and "so sweet." After arriving home, my children noticed the bottom of his butt and the back of his legs were bear skin. We do not and have never shaved our aussies. I went back to dreamy dogs and asked why they did that to my dog. I was told that his hair was matted, which is not true. Then I was told that by the MANAGER that I was committing animal cruelty, because my dogs hair was mattes I did inform the manager that I have actually put people in jail for animal cruelty and The manager was simply trying to find a way out of their wrongdoings. She is the first groomer we have used that knew how to properly groom a Golden from head to toe. Most importantly, she does not book numerous barking dogs or stick your dog in a crate for hours until they can be groomed. She came back to look at him and asked if we wanted an X-ray for $175 (still no vet yet) or a physical from the doctor. We chose the physical, and she said the doctor would be in soon. By 5:21, she returned to apologize, saying there's only one doctor for 10 rooms. Can you say greed? We turned around and left. The waiting room still had 10 people trying to get into one of those rooms. I don't care how many doctors or rooms you have; that's your problem. If they told me to be there at 1 AM, I'd be on time. I'd heard good things in the past, which is why I chose this place, but now that they're in the big new building, their service is going downhill. Word will get around, just like in other reviews I've seen. Terrible service!

They give me a quote on how much itll be for overnight with 200 deposit and the rest is due tomorrow. A technician tells me theyll call around 8-9 for an update. Next morning comes and no call, I call at 950 for an update. Kitten is ok, eating and drinking and I will get a call later about the next step for his face. At 1120 im in town, swing by to pay for the overnight charge they said would be due today. Theres some confusion, i dont have to pay yet and shes quoting me a higher amount than they said the highest total would be last night. I talk to a technician and she shows me my kitten. They had gone ahead and removed the broken bone and she said the dr had just got in and would call me about what to do next. And I leave. I call again at 3 because no word from anyone. The receptionist says the dr just got in and she'll call me later. My boyfriend then calls them for answers. And about 30 minutes after he called them, they tell me to come pick up the kitten. I get up there, they charge me what they said they would last night, a technician visits me about the meds they gave him and explains they had tacked down part his nose skin and to bring him in for an update visit. After that long of having him, they send him home like this. I showed my mom and she told me he should be taken to the vet. Yes he should, just not this one.
