We were very explicit that we did not want our dog cut we wanted him shampooed and his nails clipped. He has a unique mane and coloring that we love. When we picked him up they had completely shaved my dog down. I do not recommend them at all. They do not listen to you and they do not communicate with one another. Furthermore when I let her know she really did not care.

But Dr Morton has been so good to us , I'll make sure to only ask for him or Embry. Dr Morton makes sure to take his time and never feels like we're being rushed . He wants you to fully understand the situation . I love that they can get you in same day and the hours are amazing .

The staff at the vet along with the doctor handled me and Skunky with compassion and professionalism. Skunky was prescribed medication and 3 days later he is feeling much better every day. My wife and I have been using this clinic for all 3 of our dogs for several years and are highly satisfied with them and will continue to use them. I see bad reviews on this clinic but I have not seen any evidence of the bad claims. Each time I go there the other customers leave happy and are treated well. On a recent road trip (coming back from a family funeral out of state), our dog was in (what we…read morelater came to understand was likely cardiac) distress. We made an emergency stop at Animal Care Clinic (it was the closest to where we were on I-45). In a whirlwind of panic, we brought her in. The ENTIRE staff stopped what they were doing, rushed to our aid, and began trying to save our girl. Sadly, our fur baby passed and we were forced to finish our multi-hour drive home without her. Today, in the mail, we received the most incredible and thoughtful gesture. The staff of Animal Care Clinic signed a sympathy card and included our baby's paw prints with it. They also included a seed card to allow us to plant flowers in remembrance of our girl. We are not their customers. We have never given them business - they did not even charge us for the work they did while we were there. We will probably never see them again...And yet... This incredibly compassionate and dedicated staff saw fit to not only do everything they could to help strangers in need, they followed it up with a level of kindness and sympathy I have never experienced. THANK YOU! Thank you to each of you who tried to help. Thank you for allowing us the gift of time to grieve in your exam room (displacing the many other people waiting in your lobby). Thank you to each of you who signed the card. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity. We can never repay your kindness.
