    They do great grooming. And have lots of dog foods meds toys and kennels. Friendly staff as well

    We hadn't boarded there in quite some time and this place really disappointed. It was the best…read moreplace several years back and I don't know what happened. I dropped off my two pups with farmers dog food already packed and I wrote down the instructions. A week later I retuned to pick up them up and the kennel didn't feed the dogs the food I instructed them to. When I asked the person there that day they couldn't give me an answer. They gave me the number of the manager and I called. I was upset and was giving the manager my grievances but she kept stepping over my words. She mentioned that the dogs were feed and that it was an honest mistake. When I tried to explain why I was upset she said "I'm not going to let you talk to me that way and I'm gonna hang up, and don't ever kennel your dogs with us." I kept telling her to allow me to finish and she hung up on me. On my way home i realized I just left their blankets and bowls so I sent her a text that I wanted to know if someone was going to be there so I could pick them up. She went on to say she apologized for the mixup and the food they use was high quality. I didn't want to engage anymore and I just simply was asking if someone was going to be there so I could pick up the bowls, blankets, and beds. I did go back to pick them up. The issue with the food is that dogs need to properly and slowly be acclimated to new food. Anyone who owns dogs should know, especially someone who manages a kennel. Also the refrigerator they use to store the food wasn't cold enough to maintain the dog food and some of it spoiled and farmers dog isn't cheap. Furthermore, one of my pups had diarrhea for a couple of days. At the end of the day, the manager should have allowed me to vent. I was upset and had every right to be. I wasn't disrespectful nor did I use profanity but a good manager will allow to complaint to evolve until the finish because what most people want is to be heard. I miss how great that place was. Disappointed...

    We've always had a good experience bringing my dog here for boarding. I've had him boarded over…read morenight multiple times with no issues. The front desk staff are friendly and nice. They don't breed discriminate and they treat my Rottweiler great! He came home with a tick after boarding for a week while we were on vacation, but that's the only, very minor incident I've had - it is Texas after all. And it's fun to see the owner's wolves too :)

    WARNING: If you have a choice, TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE SOMEWHERE ELSE. The owner of this establishment…read morehas to be one of the most unprofessional women I have ever dealt with. A little background information on the situation. We took our dog to stay at this "resort" for four days while we were out of town. We were told it would cost $65 including an exit bath, which would be given on the last day of our dog's stay. Fast forward to the day of pickup. We call the establishment to make sure that our dog had been bathed and that she was ready for pickup. It turns out the owner decided to go ahead and give her a bath the day we dropped her off. This sort of defeats the purpose of an exit bath, since she has to stay there two more days collecting whatever filth is present in that building (and what I could see in the back was plenty.) The owner explained that they decided to bathe our dog three days early because their groomer had an appointment on the day of pickup. This is not that big of a deal, but it would have been nice to have been told ahead of time. We arrive for pickup and are given a printout of the receipt. The total read $88. My wife explained to the owner that we had been told that the total would be $65, and response the owner had was that our dog was heavier than they anticipated. This does not make much sense to us, since she has our dog's medical records which has all the information and our dog has been here before. I asked the owner how she could just change the price, since it was preestablished before we even brought our dog in. This is where the truly unprofessional part starts. As my wife began to pull out more money from her purse (at this point we just wanted to be done with this interaction) the owner picks up the receipt and says "you know what..." and tears the receipt up in front of us, storms off and continues "just take your DAMN dog." My wife and I were at a loss for words. A few moments later our dog comes running out and naturally is ecstatic to see us. The lady comes out with our dog's bed and throws it at our feet and said "take your stuff and get out", and stormed off into her office. I still could not believe the "owner" of an establishment would treat people like this. I asked her through her office door "are you the owner?" No response. "Ma'am, are you the owner?" Without looking up from her desk she replied "yes" in the most condescending tone I had ever heard. I am disgusted with the way we were treated by this place of business. Normally I just let things like this go, but as soon as we got home, we gave our girl a once over to see how the clean she was, and naturally she was dusty and dirty from the remaining three days of her stay at this kennel. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
