As one dog is 2 years old, and the other is 12, she took a different approach to each of them based on their ages. She spent over 2 hours checking them over, educating us on why they were having the problems (we are from the northeast, so the dogs are not used to all the different biting insects and allergies in this part of the country), set up a treatment plan for each, and, because we are full time in a motorhome, made sure the medications she prescribed would be available both through national retailers and the mail, regardless of where we are, for the next year! It was clear she loves animals of all kinds, and her knowledge, experience and commonsense approach to dealing with them is awesome, as equally as dealing with her is awesome! And, she does not charge anywhere near enough, for the time and wealth of knowledge she dishes out! Great veterinarian!

Beth was highly recommended and when I called her she made sure I understood the breed. She was very easy to work with and I got 3 puppies from her after losing my chow. Her chows are beautiful, well adjusted, and very personable. She obviously spends a lot of time with her pups and makes sure they are ready to be separated from their mom prior to giving them to their new homes. I highly recommend her and her chows!!

Even though she was a big girl, they didn't take her into the back to start an IV because we only had a few minutes left with her, instead they came to her and gave her a shot to help her relax so she wouldn't be afraid. I was able to sit on the floor and gather her in my lap for the procedure. Dr Bob had tears in his eyes, as I cried and she crossed the rainbow bridge. Dr Bob stayed with me for 10 minutes after she passed and reassured me she felt no pain during the procedure. I also use Dr Bob for all 6 of my animals and no one has come close to his compassion. We LOVE DR BOB!

This vets office is thorough and will do what it takes to get your furry family member happy and…read morehealthy. Overnight stays are very reasonable. I have had three cats neutered here and they have always come out in good shape. Our most recent visit was for a recurrent abscess on the elbow of a new kitty addition to the family. The vet here x-rayed the elbow to diagnose an abscess in the ulna bone (most likely from a bite wound injury). We are treating the abscess with clindamycin at home and hoping that we will have years of use and companionship with a good and friendly mouser.
