Wow! I love Renee! I have now taken two of my kitties to her. Both were former feral. Renee did her magic on both! One is a long haired older male who does not do well at grooming himself, even with my help! So he got a buzz that was so gentleman like on him! So handsome! This place is a rip off! $65 for grooming & didn't even bathe my friends dogs. I took them for her & all they did was shave the poodles to the skin & left the face scruffy & still dirty around the mouth & eyes so I know they didn't bathe them they didn't even smell clean. Never again! I wouldn't recommend this place not for $65 not worth it they seem like they don't have experience. read more

My sister had taken her dog there a few times and was really happy with the service. But this last time she took him she wasn't happy at all they were very unorganized. They didn't have an appointment record and didn't even get our info correct. And at the time they were clipping her nails they cut her and made her bleed and they didn't even apologize for it. So we will not be taking her there no more. read more

Wonderful! Fantastic! Awesome! I'm so highly impressed with how much they cared for my dog! I have a husky who likes barking that I took to Rio Bravo veterinary Hospital and they couldn't even handle him... They just gave him a rabies shot LOL! So I brought him here and they calmly and professionally groomed him and did an awesome job. Just amazing! I highly recommend it to anybody who has a dog that might bark! read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I dropped off my dogs at 9:30. Called back at 1 and was told they had only been washed. Called back at 4 to be told they hadn't been washed or cut. So, they lied to me. I decided to go pick them up And found out they hadn't even offered my dogs water or a potty break for 7 HOURS!. The other dog they were working on at the moment was being mistreated. DANGER BEWARE!!! Horrible service! I dropped my 2 dogs off in the early morning. I had an appointment. They said they would be ready by 1pm. I showed up at 1:30 and the hadn't even finished either of my pets. Not to mention they almost gave me someone else's dog. They told me to come back in an hour so I came back at 3. They injured one of my dogs so bad he needed stitches. Not to mention they charged me full price. I'll never go there again! read more

As this business somehow earned a 4 star review, I very much disagree. I took my corgi in for a trim, very unorganized and did not do a good job trimming my dog. I got him back COMPLETELY shaved. He looks horrible. On top of that this "trim" took 7 hours which is unacceptable. They tried to charge me $60 for the hack job. Completely unsatisfied and will never be returning. read more

I really loved the way my dog looked after his haircut. He looked really cute afterwards. The man who took my dog was very sweet and gentle. The only thing I didn't like was I was told it would be 45 but I ended up paying almost 70 dollars. Other than that I loved the job and will be returning again! read more

I was very happy with the way my fur baby came out. His haircut was spot on and he seemed happy when I picked him up. Of course he was excited to go home with me but I noticed he wasn't scared or uneasy. The girl there was super nice and I loved how she gave me a little report on how my boy did while waiting and during his grooming. Nice woman who was doing all the cuts and transactions with no other human help. She just had an area of lovely doggies who kept her company. We look forward to going back and letting others know how great that lady was. read more

Negative stars if possible. $26 for nothing. My dog looked the exact same as when I dropped him off. All they did was brush him and put doggy cologne on him. All that I asked for was a sanitary trim. No hair was cut at all!!! Huge rip off. read more

Took our Mini Schnauzer to get groomed. They girl called and said his fur on his legs were matted so they would have to shave them. I was okay with that and asked her not to shave his beard or mustache. When I went to pick him up, I didn't recognize him. They had shaved him completely, She told me he his beard and mustache were matted. It was matted at the bottom of beard and mustache so it just needed to be trimmed off not shaved. I wish they would have told me they didn't know how to groom a schnauzer rather than just shave him completely. I am very disappointed and will never take him back there. I rate it a minus 1 read more

***BEWARE*** Terrible customer service!!! Made an appointment to have my dog groomed, gave a full description of my dog over the phone, who has been here once previously and was given a price. When I got to the shop, who I assume was a groomer told me she would not touch my dog for less than $25 more than what I was already told the cost would be. Was then told another groomer there would do it cheaper than her but still more than what I was originally told and charged before. Asked to speak to a manager, who was supposedly the same person that would groom my dog for less $ than her. He told her over the phone he would do it for $10 more than what I was originally told, and when he got to the shop minutes later he said he would only do it for $20 more and argued with me when I said I had been there before. He also said he thought my Aussie was a standard size, which he clearly is, very scary that a person who deals with dogs all day would not know. Not only did I waste the time I had to spend taking off of work getting to this appointment, my dog did not get groomed. Terrible, terrible, terrible not worthy of any star rating!!! Would not recommend to anyone read more

This is the worst place to have your dogs hair groomed. I feel so bad that my puppy's hair was cut completely off and he's a toy poodle and 4 months old. They were supposed to give him a "Teddy Bear cut" after the fact that they couldn't do it they went ahead and took it upon themselves to cut it any way they wanted!
