For a miniature pinscher and corgi to get the works, (ears, toes, trim, anal glands, brush, bath and dry) it was $75! :) they only take cash or check from the last time I was there, and I also know they enforce mask use during your visit. I took my mini doxie here for a trim. Just wanted her hair to be all the same length and evened out along with nails and anal glands. It took 4 hours and the hair that was cut is totally uneven. Only trimmed behind one ear and the hind legs have chunks of hair taken out. When I called and spoke with Roxanne, she couldn't have been more rude. I will not return. read more

Took my dog in for a nail trim and lady walked into the lobby which is super small and leaned down grabbed her paw clipped 1 nail, My dog whined and pulled away and Lady says well what do you want me to do? I said I don't know I just got the dog. She says well take her somewhere else I'm not going to do her. She was so damn rude. I will never go back to that shoot hole. So unprofessional. She should have brought her into a room not in the lobby where other dogs are all over the place behind a wired gate. read more

I don't have pets anymore but frequented this place when we did. The price was very reasonable and the staff there definitely knew what they were doing. I wouldn't go as far as saying it was the cleanest place considering dirty indoor and outdoor animals were getting groomed there from nine to five everyday. The location is well put and you can even walk to get yourself a cup of joe at coffee cabin next door or even get some shopping done at summit trading. If I were ever to get another animal in the house I would more than likely let this place do the grooming. read more

This was my first time ever having someone groom my puppy Tabitha, a small mixed terrier. I was unemployed shortly after adopting her from the Humane Society and have been trimming her a bit on my own, but now that I've started working full time again I thought I would treat us both. The ladies were very kind. They could tell that both Tabitha and I were very anxious (not only her first cut, but the first time I'd left her alone with strangers) and they did their best to reassure me, including having her done quicker than originally estimated (under two hours total). The location was my deciding factor - I live about three minutes away. She shop isn't in perfect condition and does have a slight odor, but nothing to where I was concerned about it. Just could use some freshening up. I would say her cut is a little shorter than we discussed. I'm not upset by it, just think she looks better with a little more length. She came out very soft and fluffy, obviously having been well bathed, and she was not overly skittish which I was worried about since she can be very shy and anxious without her momma. It appears they took very good care of her. When I got home with her and really inspected, it appeared they did not trim her tail at all. This was frustrating because that is the hardest part for me to do myself. I called and took her back and they immediately fixed it for me which really shows their dedication to make things right for the customer. Her nails were a bit rough though as they weren't filed after being trimmed, but maybe that is something I needed to specifically ask for. To have her cut and nails trimmed it cost $40 which I thought was a good price, especially considering when Petco cut her nails for me the first time it was $10 alone. Overall, I will probably return a couple times a year to get a cut and save me on the frequent trimming. I don't have anything to compare to, but I was reasonably satisfied with Pets R Precious. read more

I just took my dog here for the first time today and was very happy with the service! Both gals working there were friendly and understood what I was looking for - just a standard wash/cut. I haven't ever had luck with getting my dog to sit still long enough for anyone (myself included) to actually trim around her face, but they were somehow able to do it! She looks like a puppy again, and seemed content in her crate when I came back to get her. For $40, you can bet I'll be back when the time comes. I will agree with other reviews here that this place isn't very nice looking - it's tiny and pretty dirty - it didn't seem unsafe or unsanitary so I didn't mind. Overall very happy. read more

I was not pleased with this business. First let me start off saying that they were very friendly so that was not the issue. When I first dropped my dogs off, the place was small and overcrowded with dogs that were loose and running around. I get a call later saying that they were having a hard time with one of my dogs (which is odd, because he is an easy going dog that I normally groom myself but didn't because I just had a baby). After picking the dogs up later that night I noticed that the same dogs neck was raw, which later turned out to be a gash in his neck from him scratching it (because they cut down but did not file his nails, they said it was too difficult). Later I brought him back in so they could see the cut, no compensation was offered, they told me to buy some triple antibiotic ointment to apply to his neck, and they filed his nails finally with my assistance. The groomer said it was razor burn, I've cut his hair many times and have never seen that before. Bottom line, I wasn't impressed, nor would I use their services in the future. read more

I was passing by the other day and on a whim stopped in to see if they would take in my Great Pyrenees. I've had several other groomers turn me down but I was warmly welcomed and Roxanne seemed truly excited to have me bring my Giant 160lb+ dog into her tiny shop. She quoted me a price that was almost half of some other quotes that I've gotten so I fully expected that would change once he was in there. I dropped him off on my way to work and he was ready to pick up by the end of the day. (It took her ALL day!) When I got there he was resting comfortably and absolutely beautiful!! She took great care to ensure that his ears were clean, heavy mats from shedding his undercoat were carefully brushed out (not just simply cut away) Even his tail which he hates people touching was beautifully brushed out. And to top it all off, the price was just as quoted without any attempt to up-charge at all. I couldn't be more pleased!! I had to take him straight to the park to show him off and boy did he love all the attention! read more

I have been taking my dog here for years and they are fantastic. My dog comes back looking great and they are reasonably priced. The only thing you need to know about this place is that they do not accept debit or credit cards. Cash or check is the only form of payment they accept that I know of. I haven't tried trading chickens so I am not sure on that one. read more

We were in & out within a few minutes... she took care of them in the entry way. I had my little pom groomed here after a last minute cancelation at my regular groomer. I was desperate to have him groomed because my family was going on a trip and I wanted him looking fresh! I called this place and they were more than happy to take him, even though I was on a time crunch! The ladies at the shop did an excellent job with my pom. He looked so handsome afterwards and the best part...he didnt snap at the groomer! I was shocked because he can be quite temperamental at times. He must of felt comfortable which is great! I'll definitely be back. They are also not as pricey as other places which is great! read more

We have taken our 3 dogs there 3 times to get their nails clipped. They are able to always fit us in upon arrival. She is quick and safe and talks nicely to the pets as she works. Our dogs have never had a bleeding incident at this place. I love it!!! read more

I took my Australian Shepherd in here today. I showed the ladies a picture of how he normally gets groomed (we just moved to WA) and she said that she could do the same. I went back to pick him up and my very fluffy Australian Shepherd was completely shaved... Anyone who knows dogs should know that Aussie's cannot be shaved because it ruins the way their fur grows back. Anyways, I will not be returning. read more

Horrible service. I took my goldendoodle there and we agreed on a teddy bear cut. They didn't have my information down properly that I gave them over the phone, so I gave it to them again. When I picked him up he had been shaved to the skin, and it was patchy and uneven. I told her well at least it will grow back trying not to lose my cool. Her response was "well this is what I do to all my poodles." Apparently making a request for a specific cut and her agreeing on it doesn't matter. The wash tub had four small to medium dogs in it with no one tending to them. She had the wrong collar and leash on him, so I asked where his were. Her response to this was "oh these aren't his? I'll have to figure out who they belong to." My dog's collar even has a tag with his name on it. Shouldn't be that difficult. To top it off, when I got him home I saw blood on his underside so I had him lay down so I could see it. He had a 12 inch scrape from his belly down his back leg that I had to treat and keep a cone on him so he wouldn't bother it. She said he did great and is such a sweet dog. Not once mentioning that she ripped his skin open. I will never use this groomer again. read more
