This *is* my local pet store, unfortunately they don't carry too much in the way of aquarium supplies - and my pets of choice are fish. For birds, cats, dogs and the like they're excellent. This isn't my regular pet store. My regular pet store is a good several hours drive away, but that's another long and boring story. So with that said (although it's not really relevant), I popped in here to pick up some stuff for my cats, dog and turtle. I was quite happy with the service I was provided, with the staff that I spoke to sounding fairly competent in knowing their products. It is worth getting a membership here, because it makes it all a little cheaper. If you're here and you need pet stuff, I can't really fault this store. The prices are alright, the staff are good, and what more can you ask? read more

So. you're walking down the fish isle, checking out all the pretty swishy tails and rainbow scales and BAM 3 dead fish in separate aquariums. Now, I know how hard it can be to keep tropical fish alive...but this is a pet store - that's their job!! I don't think it's a good omen when there are dead fish in a pet store. I got a couple of fluffy play things for my cat and a blue diamante collar with a matching bell, accessories are pretty good in this store and aren't to badly priced either. I guess the staff are good, but then again they don't seem to know how to keep fish...alive. There were no puppies for sale. I think I've said enough. read more
