The layout of the store was fantastic, everything was clearly displayed so you wouldn't be walking around aimlessly for what you are shopping for. As for prices, I was pleased that everything was at a descent price compared to some other places I visited. The only bad point I have is that they were out of rats at that time, but with it being close to christmas It was understandable so I wasn't upset. They have a variety of livestock in the shop, either for sale (guinea pigs, rabbits, reptiles, hamsters, birds, fish etc.) or to "help" customers (a beautiful cat and several lovely dogs). Always purchased items from there over a fiver which judging by how empty it is there all the time made at least a slight difference to him. Never again will I buy something from there.. There are ways to talk to people but he was just plain rude and unprofessional. I've managed a couple of shops and never have I ever talked to my customers in that way.. Without customers you won't be able to make a living..! Simple!
