I have never heard of such a "policy" and really just got the impression that the receptionist was a jumped up jobs worth who thought mistakenly that she was better than everyone. I'm guessing because it's a subsidised vets they thought I was council scum!!! You are just a receptionist love don't judge and don't take it out on the animals. And she couldn't be further from the truth. Anyone else no of a vets with a 3 per policy?

Awful practice! different views from different so called vets. my cat has been severely traumatised…read morehere twice now!! after a procedure done to remove packed faeces they returned her to me covered in faeces! they did not even bother to clean her up! so she was extremely upset. Then the next time they had to take blood. they would not let me come in the room with my cat, 3 staff held her down and they then returned her to the reception panting and doing open mouthed breathing which a cat only does when very distressed. I will seek another practice. This disgusting awful practice has really upset me knowing that i trusted them to help my beloved erderly cat.
