I understand the practice is a business, but I received endless phone calls and emails that made me feel like a criminal. The final insult was an email threatening me with a debt collection agency for the £16.24!!? I've paid 16 years of expensive pet insurance and had to pay thousands of pounds over the years to keep my pet healthy and safe. How disgraceful then to receive a communication threatening me with a debt collection agency for 16 quid! Obviously, I rang and paid the amount due, but I was disgusted to be made to feel like I was a criminal. More concerned with making money.

Awful practice! different views from different so called vets. my cat has been severely traumatised…read morehere twice now!! after a procedure done to remove packed faeces they returned her to me covered in faeces! they did not even bother to clean her up! so she was extremely upset. Then the next time they had to take blood. they would not let me come in the room with my cat, 3 staff held her down and they then returned her to the reception panting and doing open mouthed breathing which a cat only does when very distressed. I will seek another practice. This disgusting awful practice has really upset me knowing that i trusted them to help my beloved erderly cat.
