The staff were very knowledgable and attentative with helping customers. They had a vast selection of pets and supplies to suit anything you would need. The layout of the store was fantastic, everything was clearly displayed so you wouldn't be walking around aimlessly for what you are shopping for. As for prices, I was pleased that everything was at a descent price compared to some other places I visited. The only bad point I have is that they were out of rats at that time, but with it being close to christmas It was understandable so I wasn't upset. Went back later the same day because 1 of the gold fish seem to be unhappy so I thought may i ought to add some toys/decoration but the same person told me their just getting used to their new environment. He could have easily just sell me some decoration but he didn't which I appreciate and I will go back this week to get two more goldfish :)
