Gentleman in there is very rude and talked to me like I was dirt. Always was kind to him complimenting him on the products and how affordable they were. Always purchased items from there over a fiver which judging by how empty it is there all the time made at least a slight difference to him. Never again will I buy something from there.. There are ways to talk to people but he was just plain rude and unprofessional. I've managed a couple of shops and never have I ever talked to my customers in that way.. Without customers you won't be able to make a living..! Simple!

Aswell as rabbits and other small animals for sale the shop sometimes have pets like rabbits and guinea pigs boarding, so don't fall in love with one of those!

An excellent local shop with everything you could need for your furry or feather friends…read more This shop is packed full of essentials and treats for all types of pets, and is perfect for those forgotten bits and pieces. However, I challenge you to come out without having bought a treat or two as well! The shop is quite densely packed with goods, but the staff are always friendly and keen to help you find whatever you're looking for. In fact the service is consistently excellent, and the welcome the resident dogs give you is always enthusiastic! My only quibble is that some things are slightly over-priced, especially the cat litter, although the convenience of location and long opening hours means I forgive them!

The people that run the shop obviously care very much about animals and are good to ask if you need some advice about the different types of food for example.
