They have also dealt with medication when required. I can go away relaxed in the knowledge that all will be well. They send me regular update photos, and always keep in touch and communicate really well. I would thoroughly recommend Moggy Meows for your cat!

I shopped around for a few bits for my Syrian hamster; Teddy Bean, and then approached a young gent called Lee to ask him whether it was possible to have a moment of his time to talk about the animals, and possibly hold one of each. I was pleasantly surprised at how keen and knowledgeable he was on the animals. He sounded like he was in the right job! Personally I do a lot of research on the animals, and was looking forward to challenging the staff with a few questions I was curious about. He answered them all and I was very happy to have left the shop with new facts. I still have my quibbles with Pets At Home They have removed the Rotastak fluffy bedding nesting material from their shops, however still have the Happy Pet brand cotton bedding. The Roborivskis are still labelled as dwarf hamsters when they actually aren't dwarf (Who'da thunk it, with their size?), and the prices are a bit high compared to my local pet shop. Customer service is everything. Pets come first, and the people come second, and this member of staff really has got it. We now have to pay 50% extra for individual walks for him. They refused to wash or even dry him on muddy and rainy days so I've had to clean my floors and walls many times. Finally, when we'd had enough and requested our key back to give to our new walker, they held our key hostage until we paid off our final bill. As though they have had trouble getting us to pay our bills in the past... When we paid, they said they would leave our house key in a bag on the street outside their house to pick up. What?! Evidently they don't take their responsibilities as holders of your house key very seriously and feel fine about jeopardising the security of your home. I would not recommend.
