Donna has a real love and understanding of dogs. Whether they are nervous, excitable or old and grumpy, she treats each dog as an individual. Excellent service. Really lovely grooms in a lovely atmosphere. Alfie is a 9 month old shih tzu and can get quite messy! He comes back from his groom smelling beautiful and looking so handsome that I just can't get enough cuddles!! You are given an allocated time slot and are called when the groom is finished. It usually takes about 2 hours. Excellent value for money! She is exceptionally busy so make sure you book your next groom at pick up. I would recommend this groomers to anyone with a small dog. read more
