Went in to pick her up first thing before even seeing her they want to be paid. Once they gave her to me I didn't really see much trimming done other than her feet. Once I got her home I looked her over and was so upset that there were areas that were not even touched and I could see the cut marks from where I trimmed her face a week ago they didn't even bother to trim around her eyes her feet were choppy and uneven. I feel like I paid $100 .00 for a glorified bubble bath on my dog you should be ashamed to call yourselves groomers!

The cleanest pet groomer for dogs I've ever seen! The owner has allergies, so it's exceptionally…read moreand impeccably cleaned. Also, most of the work is done in the open and the dogs can move freely when they're not being groomed, except the bathing. Recently they added a dog daycare too. My dog has sensitive skin so they give her a medicated shampoo. She also needs regular grooming because she's a non-shedding breed (Airedale Terrier -- W00T terriers!). The prices are on par with other groomers, but they have a regular visit plan which is a great savings. My dog comes out looking and smelling great, and she's calm, which is a marked change from other groomers who crate the poochies when they're not being groomed. Also, Barks N Bubbles has a lovely pet boutique with lots of yummy doggie treats, leashes, food, and even costumes!

The first visit to this groomer should of been an indicator of what the owner was like…read more The owner has a serious attitude issue and seems to think because she has pictures of the Dog Whisperer on her wall that it gives her the right to be condescending and patronizing . Well I had a run in with her at a restaurant next door to her business. I ordered a pizza for take out and because of the construction around the neighbourhood was unable to find a spot anywhere near the restaurant . It was definitely AFTER business hours and didn't think it would be an issue . Well wrong I was !.... The owner came into the restaurant and barked at a server ( as if she would know anyone might be parked in her parking area)....." is one of you customers with a 4x4 truck parked in my lot?" .... I said to her it's me , I'm grabbing food to go" " I WILL HAVE YOU TOWED !"..... ....no problem, I'll move it.., so I did. Obviously she never realized I was a customer for hers.... WAS !!!!! I will never return to Barks n Bubblea again. SHE HAS LOST A CUSTOMER! Ps, the server also mentioned to me how rude she was . Seeeeeyaaaaaa!!!

Then she told me to take the dog to the car with their leach, and return it right back. Since they lost his leach, shouldn't they offer the use of theirs until they returned his? Maybe an offer of compensation so I could go buy a new leach? (which I had to do , because I had to babysit the dog for a few days) When I got in the car , all I could smell was urine. The poor dog' s feet were stained yellow and stunk. I used Pawsh dog before for my dog and was very pleased, but it seems that their quality of service went downhill. Their services are not cheap, so mop the fricking floor please.

After that a lot of employees quit. Immigrant employees were taken advantage by of. Dogs were frequently injured and the manager would lie about the circumstances.
