Tire shop is absolutely horrible. Sad that the same thing applies 7 years later from looking at these reviews. I have been waiting to get a trailer tire replaced for 12 hours now. Told me it would be 4-5 hours wait. I've done a 10 hour break and still not pulled into the bay. The overnight guy moves at the speed of smell. No motivation at all. Yes this is a truck stop and it's favored by the truckers that stop in. But it's much, much more than that!!! The gas here is always cheap and there are a ton of pumps. The surprise is inside. Inside you'll find an immaculate gift shop that is out of this world. Every type of hot & cold snack can be purchased as well as fresh pastries from their bakery. What?!? Yes, they're making fudge, cookies, & everything else daily. As with most gift shops there's needful things for your car. Unique to this store is games to play in your car that are mage in the USA. You can pick up décor for your home and many different types of cast iron pans, skillets & grills. Restrooms are always shiny clean with 60's music piped in. For the trucker there are games, gym, nice lounge area, a show shine and a barbershop. The only thing you will not find is any Disney World souvenirs. The front facing store for tourists is immaculate. The Trucker area is a pig pen, Parking lots are a mess, Food is way over priced, Employees rotate so fast no one knows anything, Everything seems to be broken: No Ice, No Soda, No Cappuccino, No Water and their coffee is brewed half strength compared to the front store. Half the items for sale aren't even in their system, try buying a CBD anything and they can't even sell it to you because it wont scan. Every, single diesel pump has some issue with 4 out of 12 lanes regularly blocked off and those that aren't either: Wont read a card, wont print a receipt, wont switch over to DEF, or wont finalize your transaction (leaving your card authorized on the pump for the next trucker who pulls up). The mens bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Someone took a dook in the urinal and it's sat there so long it's spread to the other urinals. There's regularly blood and feces on the toilets, floors, and occasionally the walls. It smells wretched. They can't even do the decent thing and put up signs informing you somethings broken (everything's broken). They regularly sell their meals unmarked because they don't want you to know your about to pay $18 for 2 pork chops and some sides. Bonus: Bought a fish fillet dinner and when I temped it myself it was only 112F (145+ is your safe temp guys), ended up throwing it out instead of risking it. read more

Coffee prices just doubled for a refill, and if your not using a Petro cup, you don't get the refill price anyway. Everywhere else in the area charges $1 for refills no matter who's cup it is, except Petro. Yes, it a truck stop, but since my mother lives nearby and there's pretty much NOTHING else in the miles of farmland between Ocala and Gainesville, I've been here twice and the food has been surprisingly good. My first visit was around Christmas, and I had the breakfast buffet. The food was all fresh and hot and there was a good variety. I went again this past weekend and had the steak buffet they offer for dinner. They have boneless steaks which were decent quality on the buffet along with fish, chicken, shrimp and even crawfish, which surprised me. The assortment of sides was pretty good too. I most enjoyed the green beans because they were cooked with bacon as god intended them. ;-) Vegetarians may want to just stick with the salad bar! read more

While you're washing and drying your laundry in their laundromat, you can have a shower, then watch a movie or catch a football game in one of two home theater rooms. If you can manage to get a parking spot before the locals drop their rigs and hitch a ride to the house, the food will fill your stomach. Someone should stop the bobtails from hogging the long slots. To many dirtbags use the toilet then fondle the salad bar without washing their hands., but that's typical TA traffic. Had company call 45 min.before arriving to get all paperwork for truck pm started , however after arrival i was told it would be 45 min to an hour before i would be called. After the 5 people standing at counter ignored me to only help the o/o of the group , bout an hour later i wa called to enter bay to only sit there 7 hours before i started raising my concerns of watching all landstar trucks being catered to one after another and only when they were all done did they start to pay attention to my truck at which i was then told they were unable to remove drain plug and couldnt change the oil. By far the worst shop ever and only cater to landstar, you would be a fool to come to this shop. Company drivers are not helped here by any means stay far away as our time and money mean nothing to them. read more

The new Manger there is awesome throughout all the truck stuff that we have been to that my husband is a truck driver we never have a manager that comes out and speaks to you he took the time to come out and talk to all those customers to make sure that their food was okay I had ordered my food but the girl had put the input wrong on the computer he came out and said sorry for the confusion we will have your food up right away and as long as you have a minute you're taking care of your situation instead of waiting and till you have something wrong and then you're yelling at the manager they cleaned up the place when we went the salad bar and the hot bar or very clean the inside of the store was also clean so this time I'm giving it a better star that I did the last time hopefully they keep this man if you're around because they need someone like him and all the truck stops I wish I could remember his name but unfortunately I don't you will know if you go there whether you are a truck driver's wife or you just regular normal people going through and stopping by to eat and hopefully you will give him a good review and this picture a better review than previously read more

we were in this center this morning and noticed how clean it was and nice facility. It seems I lost my key FOB that was in my pocket and that was our last stop that I remember having it. I called this evening and talked with Tony- who was very helpful in checking with porters, but not luck, however, it was her suggestion to take my name and number and would check the office and give notice to other employees.
