I came to this car wash since they were the most convenient Esso gas station with soft cloth available between work and home. They scrub your car with a brush before you enter, which gets rid of most of the bug splatters that after taking my car through another soft cloth car wash at a competitor's gas station 3 times couldn't get rid of. The bumper still had some minor bug splatter and the trunk had a spot on it that didn't wash off. I spoke to the manager, and he told me that the the stain on the trunk needed to be remove with an abrasive fluid due to the type of stain it was. As for the front bumper, he said that he could have the guy with the brush scrub it harder, but there's a chance of scratching the car. He offered me another car wash, but I told him that if there's a chance of scratching my car, I'd rather leave it as-is. I typically get my car washes with points, so since car washes at Esso are cheaper in points than a competitor's station AND they do a better job at cleaning my car, I'm definitely returning to this gas station for a car wash in the future. This Esso is a block away from ZeeV's Nutrition Studio. I tend to come here after getting my drinks and spending a bit of time chatting over there. I had no problem finding a free gas pump on a Saturday afternoon. My fill-up experience was pleasant and uneventful. The pump that I was at worked and was clean. I went inside to redeem my coupon and pay. I had a nice man at the front counter. I had thought about my experience redeeming my first gas coupon at the Esso in Cabbagetown. The man did not know how to redeem it and needed assistance from his manager. It was the complete opposite experience here. He took one look at the coupon and knew what to do. I got $1 off. I was happy and relieved! I scanned my PC Optimum card to collect points. I then used a credit card to pay. It was great. I haven't been back for fuel. However, I'm here at least once a week for Circle K's drinks and snacks. I had a great experience. Should I need to get fuel for my car or a car wash, and I am in the area, I'd drop by again. (369)

The car washes now all rush you through and do not rinse the car clean and leaves a lot of soap residue that is blown up during the drying process. This location does not participate in the evening price drop that many other stations now seem to operate... but with the proximity to the 401/404 they get plenty of traffic to not pass on the extra incentives to come by during the evening lull.
