After having poor cleaning jobs done by two different cleaners who came highly recommended by friends, I went to Yelp and started researching house cleaners. Some didn't get back to me while others quoted me a high price over the phone (without even looking at my home). Sparkling Klean Josephine (Joey is the owner) had the best reviews on Yelp, and I thought, "Could they really be that good?" The answer is YES! Joey responded to me quickly and set up a time to come and view my home for a quote. She confirmed the appointment the day before and showed up 5 minutes early. She gave me a reasonable quote and was extremely personable. The day of my cleaning Joey showed up with two associates (sometimes she works with 1 person and others times 2). They arrived on time and showed up in matching company t-shirts. They did a fantastic job, and were extremely thorough. My place has never looked cleaner thanks to Joey and her team! Sparkling Klean Josephine is definitely my new cleaning company, and I will be recommending them to everyone. They are awesome and I highly recommend them!
