Anahid is a lovely person, and she appears to do good work. She is, however, (1) quite expensive,…read moreand (2) hopelessly disorganized. 1) I live in New York for many years, and never paid anything like $43 (supposedly a discount) for two hems and a zipper. But this is only the insult to the injury. 2) I originally took in a pair of curtains needing hemming in early May. These were promise for June 3rd, but were not available until July 3rd, a full month later. Two other items promised for mid-June were likewise delayed. Anahid appears to rely on her memory for all of the materials left with her, literally hundreds of things. She needs a system for tracking these, clearly. She also needs help with customer service (calling to say it would be delayed, apologizing--something she never did--even offering some sort of restitution for problems). It took 10+ minutes to pick up and pay for my items because of her incompetence. 3) I notice that a cheap sewing machine is but $69 on Amazon; maybe I should hem my own curtains?

I called Frigidaire they set up an appointment but they said call TRI Lakes appliance repair. I called and spoke with Tammy, there she actually got me in two days earlier for the repair. She was extremely helpful in setting up the appointment and making sure that she had the information so that it would be only one time I gave her the model and serial number. She is responded back to my emails even if it's at 7:00 or 8:00 at night. They set up the appointment with Brian. Brian came out with all the parts necessary to repair it but the number for the some of the parts were not even in Frigidaire system yet he put in the ones that it showed going in there but they did not work because Frigidaire had not the updated parts for the new model. Brian walked me through the process for getting Frigidaire all the information needed for this to be completed. Brian called it the day before to confirm appointment and said he would be out later in the afternoon to make sure the parts came in for my new Frigidaire oven. The parts came in but he came early when he got the parts and it said a 5:00 came at like 3:00 and called me on the way. Great guy. Both Brian and Tammy help me with Frigidaire and getting and taking care of my oven and warranty issues. This is a great company great customer service, great service people.
