Because she went in to talk to the owners about it & they said they were not going to fix my windshield. I asked if I could speak to the owner & she said that he didn't wanna come out & speak to me. So unprofessional. Then the lady said your car has to be above a certain year. That's not how you do business & it's very rude. I won't ever return to any Quality Scrub Car Wash again!
