Every detail was handled so thoughtfully. I even brought my own customized bottle and asked the front desk to have it chilled for us poolside--and they executed it flawlessly. When we got to the pool, they already knew exactly who it was for. I even showed them a quick note on my phone, and they caught on instantly. That level of attentiveness really stood out. We booked a couples massage, and it was absolutely amazing. The room itself was beautiful, calming, and honestly unreal. The entire facility--from the locker rooms to the sauna, steam room, and showers--was spotless. It's one of those places where you actually enjoy taking your time getting ready because everything feels so clean and luxurious. We spent the day relaxing, enjoying breakfast and lunch by the pool, swimming, using the steam room and sauna, and just fully unwinding. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and experience. Stop the massage and ask for another therapist or the one you want. This is your time that you have paid for. Don't lie there for an hour getting angry then leave a one star review.
