Lia reassured me that the sounds my pup makes are communicating a desire to play; I was worried they were sounds of aggression. He always does fine at the dog park and on walks but not having much experience with dogs I couldn't be sure. We got a wonderful tour of the facility - without an appointment, just called and asked if we could stop by, have our account all set up, spent some time watching him run around with the other dogs, and are now planning to bring him in for daycare so he can have some doggie playdates. Facility is clean, smells good, is HUGE and decorated so well.

I explained to the team beforehand that he can be very reactive around other dogs, and from the moment we arrived, everyone was so kind, understanding, patient, and compassionate. Leaving him and walking away was not easy for me, but the team kept me updated and reassured me about how well he was doing. That communication made such a difference and helped me feel confident that he was in good hands. When I came back to pick him up, Ghost was a happy little boy--and it was obvious that everyone had completely fallen in love with him! Seeing how comfortable and happy he was was honestly the best reassurance I could have asked for. What meant the most to me was how personable everyone was and how genuinely they understood my perspective as a dog mom. They never made me feel like I was being overly anxious; instead, they listened, reassured me, and treated both Ghost and me with so much kindness. Ghost had such a positive first experience, and I couldn't be happier. Because of this experience, I'm now bringing all three of my dogs back for their own spa days going forward! I highly recommend Diana's Wet N' Wild Dog Wash to any dog parent looking for people who truly care about making their dogs feel safe, comfortable, and loved.

Diana's Wet N Wild Dog Wash is hands down the most amazing grooming experience I've ever had…read more I brought my dog in for a self-wash, but his nails also desperately needed trimming. He's a 140 lb mastiff and usually needs sedation at the vet because of his size, strength, and anxiety -- most people are honestly scared of him. I was so surprised (in the best way) when Diana and her crew immediately offered to do his nail trim. I even asked, "Are you sure?" and they said, "Absolutely." His nails were starting to curve, which was completely my fault, but they handled him with such ease and confidence. They weren't scared of him at all, even when he was freaking out. They also offered a full cleaning with all the works, and I'm beyond pleased with the outcome. Everyone was so sweet, personable, and professional, and they made the entire experience stress-free. I'm SO happy I no longer need to take him to the vet and sedate him just for a nail trim. They're going to save me so much time and money. I couldn't recommend Diana's Wet N Wild Dog Wash more!
