She's often visibly intoxicated and spends more time flirting with customers--especially the married ones--than actually working. It's uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly kind of sad to watch. This place could be decent, but the management seriously needs to take a closer look at who they're hiring (and apparently enabling).
