The pizza is amazing. It's a family secret that's been around for 45 years but sadly won't be around much longer so go check it out.

Their chicken Alfredo pizza is the best around the area. They also have great coupon specials. And they're frozen single and two ingredient pizzas are value priced and very good. read more

Heard and have seen mixed reviews. I am here to say, poppycock on the bad reviews!! Friendly, old pizza parlor charm and wonderful food!! 1st time stopping and driven by for 25 years. No longer a drive by joint!! Loved it! read more

Definitely the top of my pizza list for New Richmond - 4 stars! I've now tried every pizza place in New Richmond. In my humble opinion, Pete's and EF5 are tied for the best traditional style pizza in town. The pies at 45th Parallel Distillery are excellent too, but they make a different style, Neopolitan pizza. Unfortunately, due to staffing shortages, the dining room and the pizza buffet are closed. Bummer, hopefully this will return in the near future. I tried onion rings and the French Silk Pie too. They were good but nothing special. But the pizza is the real deal...thumbs up! - Maxx read more

Great pizza! We did carry out. Will be going back. Could be the Best in town. So tasty. read more

Pizza was overpriced and cold upon pickup. We didn't feel good for two days after eating the pizza.

This pizza joint provides excellent pizza at really good prices. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The business actually sends you a free pizza coupon when you move to town. Who can say no to free pizza? But wait, this isn't just any old pizza. It's Pete's Pizza...excellent sauce, and crust so delicious, the dogs hardly get a crumb. Try a pizza from Pete's, and you will not be disappointed. read more

Biased review... grew up in New Richmond and we always had Pete's. Love the food, miss the dine in and buffet options though.

By scanning over the reviews, it seems you either love or hate Pete's. I love it. I have a good friend in New Richmond who always offers to cook, but I always suggest Pete's instead. :) The decor is ancient and the carpeting is frightful, but the food is good! I love their fried chicken and mashed potatoes (they desperately need salt and butter, though). The pizza is good - I love their sauce. I don't think I've ever ordered anything other than the buffet. They have fried chicken, chicken nuggets, spaghetti, lasagna, pizzas, a full salad bar and a full counter of desserts (plus an ice cream machine). I didn't see anything that looked like it had been sitting for too long. Everything was kept filled and everything was warm or hot. The counter staff is friendly. The prices are a bit high and the receipts are too vague to figure out the pricing ($36 for two adults and a child), but each time I've gone, the restaurant is filled with people. We'll be back for sure. read more

Omg Pete's pizza was the bomb digegty --the pizza was made just right amount of xtra cheese ----I will most definitely give them a 10

If you are near New Richmond, WI for any reason, you might want to consider Pete's Pizza for a buffet lunch or supper. This is a locally owned pizza establishment that offers dine-in, take-out, and PIZZA BUFFET (which makes this place special). The buffet has nightly features that tends to stay the same on a 7 night rotation. Pizza is always available on the buffet. The buffet begins daily at 11am and continues throughout the day. The variety of options on the buffet (for a town the size of New Richmond) is outstanding. Some items I've regularly seen on the buffet in the roughly 15 times I've been here include: Pizza, ribs, fried chicken, fish, salad (and all that goes with it), chicken nuggets, garlic cheese bread, and many more offerings I can't think of at this moment. Also, their dessert bar is the best. Always available is soft serve chocolate and vanilla (you can even make "twist" cones if that is what you fancy). In addition to the ice cream, there is a wide variety of pies including, coconut cream, pecan, and bars such as chocolate brownies, and lemon. Pete's is the closest pizza buffet to Hudson, WI (my town) other than that of Pizza Hut, which has extremely limited choices for pizza, and desserts. I'm sure you won't be impressed with everything on the buffet, but I'm confident that you will find many items to your satisfaction, and will hopefully leave the place thinking happy thoughts. For a small town pizza buffet joint... It's got it goin' on! read more

Are you kidding me?! I get it. I'm from out of town. But this is the worst restaurant/buffet I've ever encountered. I'm visiting family and the paid $50 for this crap. I'm seriously disgusted. Cold to lukewarm food. How does a place like this stay open? So disgusted right now. read more

Pete's Pizza - My picked at plate that I didn't finish, nor did I try any other food. - Pizza Near Me - New Richmond, Wisconsin

Wow. We came in for lunch on Saturday after a long motorcycle ride up and down 64, scanned the buffet and decided to order the inexpensive pizza lunch specia - with salad and beverage. For $5.75. I ordered a thin crust saus/mush pizza (freshly prepared and baked) with a (freshly prepared) salad and drink. For $5.75 Why would anyone drive past this place to get to the DQ or McD's? Oh, and to the management: please put out a tip jar. read more

I always feel like a cow at a trough in a place like this. It should be called Pete's Buffet. Food gets 2 stars. Service doesn't get a star because it's strictly help yourself and even put your dirty plates in the bucket people! Ambiance. Not! Formica tables have to date to the 70s. Waddle on down and gorge yourself on some not so fresh American food at this place. Chevy chase should take his rv driving brother law in Christmas vacation to this lovely oasis of gastronomy. Really!!!!! read more

Here's the deal. They have really great delivery pizza. Always good. But, my goodness that restaurant inside is nasty. It is honestly filthy. I'm hoping they remodel soon, it's had the same look for many, many years. You actually feel depressed for eating inside. I'm not sure if they just don't notice it or what, but if I was from out of town, I'd step in and step back out. Now that's not to say the kitchen isn't clean, but the front of the house needs to give me some confidence. Don't forget to grab a peanut butter Rice Krispie bar... The best. read more

We tried Pete's for the first time tonight. We weren't sure it would be good because of some of the reviews. We didn't have the buffet, just ordered two large pizzas for take out. When we picked it up the women helping us was super helpful, and really nice. The pizza reminded us of pizza from Flaherty's Arden Bowl. It was really good! The crust in the center of the deluxe was a little underdone, but we reheated in the oven, so it wasn't an issue. Our only complaint is that it's a little pricey, but it's pretty comparable to other places with similar pizza. read more

The foods okay but the buffet is unclean little kids will be grabbing food with there snot filled hands and the towel dispenser just has one towel and I have never seen that changed read more

Pete's might be best known for their delicious pizza, but what keeps me coming back is the fabulous deep fried (Broasted) Chicken! There is no better fried chicken anywhere! Take that! Col. Sanders!!! Pete's obviously uses fresh chicken, brined (for flavor) and broasted to hell and back...well done, but tender and very juicy inside. The batter is light and crispy and deliciously seasoned. If you have a craving for really good fried chicken, you won't find any better than what Pete's has on the menu. Highly recommended! read more

I am giving 5 stars for their pizza only. My husband and I eat here at least once a month. We only order pizza and we pick it up. The Bacon cheeseburger pizza and the pizza fry are SOOO GOOOD!!! Make sure and order your pizza on a thin crust and order on a Monday or Tuesday because if you order a large you get the 2nd for 99 cents. Ends up being about $20 for two large specialty pizzas. CHEAP! DO NOT EVER EAT AT THE BUFFET!!! You have been warned. That is unless you enjoy eating off plastic dishes, desserts that are dished up on plates and squashed by saran wrap, and like eating in your grandmothers basement type decor. Yes, I get it it's New Richmond WI, and old Pete maybe doesn't want to update or have the means to do so. But his pizza is so damn good that I don't care. He has the best pizza in New Richmond and he has my heart. read more

Love Petes Pizza ! Reasonable prices with lots of food items on their buffet. Always get your moneys worth at Petes:-)

My favorite place in the whole entire world. Between their pizza, hot wings and their blue cheese sauce mama mia. I really love this place.

I have ate there only a couple of times ( only because of work meeting) They really need to update their decor. It feels very uninviting and could use a good cleaning. The buffet is the okay but the greatest it's the same old stuff. Please change up the menu. I am a New Richmond native born and raise, it's still the same stuff on the menu back in the 80's . I think Chef Ramsay could help you guys out and get back on track. read more

Actually thought the variety and food were pretty decent for the price. My picky daughter had three plates of food which a lot! Salad bar was fresh, liked the pizza but the non pizza stuff was pretty good too: hot wings, ribs, fried chicken, tater tots, chicken nuggets, fried shrimp and a lot of desserts. read more

I honestly don't know how this place is still open. It's always super dirty, the food always tastes like plastic or is lukewarm/cold. We've ordered pizza to be delivered and it was actually really good. However, the woman on the phone was less than impressive and it took much longer to order than it should have. read more

This was by far the worst restaurant I have ever eaten at. The buffet was revolting. The pizza was flabby, messy, and lacked any flavor. The hot dish items were crusty and clearly left to their own aging demise. The best item? Tator tots. That should give an accurate representation of how poor quality the food was. The service was mediocre at best. I wound up puking in the parking lot as their food made me very sick. That could be due to unforseen health issues that I did not know I was experiencing until much later. I now use this establishment as a bottom ground when rating other restaurants. No matter how bad they are I can honestly say they are better than Pete's. read more

Nasty and gross, they need new recipes and better selection on the buffet!!

Pete's Pizza is more than pizza. They have sandwiches, dinners and entree salads. Try the reuben sandwich. There is a salad bar, if you're eating there. If not, their delivery service is reliable. read more

Pete's Pizza is the best pizza ever!!!! As a matter of fact I will be eating it in approx. 10 mins :D They've got great deals everyday of the week! Where else can you buy the most awesomest large pizza in the world and get a second one for 99 cents? Their buffet is always yummy! And most of the time if you buy a pizza you get a lovely selection of coupons :) Ask for a fellow named weeks to make your pizza ;) you won't be disappointed! read more

This place is the greatest love the pizza also my wife introduced me to the pizza fries which are absolutely awesome they are my new favorite thing to order plus they always offer us the carryout discount so we only pay 11 bucks for pizza fries when normally they are 15 bucks. Overall great place to order from in New Richmond, Wisconsin. read more

It's a pizza buffet at very reasonable price. The space is limited and the interior is dark. The food is great, and worth every penny.

I love this place. It has the best buffet. I would recommend this place to anyone. Super clean nice service. Food is allways good no matter what And its allways warm!!! read more

Horrible. The buffet is terrible, the desserts are mediocre, the style is just a dump. The tables aren't clean, the lighting is bad, and the restrooms are dirty. The only good part? The pizza. read more

Had the Italian buffet. Not impressive whatsoever, absolutely zero flavor, and most of the food had definitely been sitting out for awhile. On the bright side you can't mess up ice cream. read more

I've been to Pete's Pizza with my family and every time we go there we order 4 buffets. I must say the only thing I have ever eaten or rather dared eating off the buffet is the salad and in my opinion I've even been scared to try that. every time I've gone there there has either been bits and pieces of cheese in the dressing or black olives mixed in with the tomatoes and or lettuce etc. And of course every time after I eat there I've gotten sick. I have to agree with what the other people have said about this place they are dirty there has been food on the floor and I have seen flies flying around there in the summer thats inside of the establishment itself. Would I recommend this place to anyone else sorry but I will have to say no nothing there appeals to me the pizza is greasy the ribs are too greasy and the potatoes taste like instant to me. If im going to spend the money and eat like this Id rather go to the store and buy the ingredients myself and make the food that way. read more

I love Pete's pizza. It has a small town vibe, could it be up updated? Sure, but half the charm is the older decor. I think their food is great, the buffet has a lot of options! It's the first place I've ever seen with buffalo and BBQ wings as a buffet option. If you're looking for five star dining, and you're thinking pizza you've already got the wrong mindset, we both know those don't mix. Pete's is a great place and I try to stop by whenever I'm in town! read more

Very friendly staff! Great food at a very fair price. They not only have a great buffet, but great take out and delivery service!

Nothing on the buffet is worth coming back for. Most of they items tasted like they sat in a freezer for years. For the price they charge, just go to Walmart and get some bagged chicken nuggets, or Ramen noodles... you would probably be more satisfied. read more

Don't even bother going for the buffet. Maybe their menu items are better but the prices for the quality of food is a joke on their buffet! Instant potatoes?! Nachos and cheese?! Many other places to get a good meal in town, don't waste your time in the awful decor that hasn't been updated in years! Not to mention the prison quality mirror in the women's bathroom. For the quality of food and extremely high prices, maybe some money needs to be spent on updating the restaurant a little or actually making quality food! read more
