She was prompt to help me, and assist me notarizing some important documents that would protect my dad's property. My dad was diagnosed with liver cancer six months ago, and as it is expected sent to hospice care recently. He bought a house eleven years ago, and he is the only one on the title of the house. If he passes away, my mom, will end up not only loosing him, but loosing the house they have paid and lived for all over these years. In desperation I contacted Yvonne and asked her to come over to the hospice care facility my dad is in to notarize the documents that would add my mom to the title of the house. She agreed without hesitation. In a matter of two days the problem was solved, and now my mom and my family can enjoy a peace of mind as we saved our house. If it is true, that my dad will go be with the Lord, now he can move forward knowing that his loved ones have been taken care of. Heather was extremely helpful and was available when my mom needed her last minute. I was helping…read moremy mom find a notary for her escrow paperwork. My mom was very stressed out because we needed the escrow paperwork notarized ASAP, so I reached out to Heather. We went to see Heather the next day. Heather was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Heather was quick to point out that our escrow agent sent the paperwork out of order and was missing pages. While in her office, we called our escrow agent and Heather was happy to speak with her. Heather was very thorough in explaining to our escrow rep about the mistakes with the paperwork, and was adamant she could not assist us without this error being corrected. Even when the escrow agent was trying to say otherwise, Heather was quick to stand her ground and explain that legally, she could not have the documents notarized without the correction. Our escrow agent emailed the corrected paperwork over, along with the missing pages. For a small fee, Heather printed them out for us, which saved us time from having to go home and print them out ourselves. Throughout this ordeal Heather was very patient. Not once did we get a sense that she was irritated, or trying to rush us out. Her fees are extremely reasonable. We felt that we were in good hands and left her office feeling relieved to get everything notarized on time. Definitely give Heather a call when notary services are needed. Called her heading to the building because I made a wrong turn which she gracefully aided the directions. Came in and sat down to which she immediately asked if I had the form for my live scan, my employer did not previously send it to me but Heather was reassuring and comforting and allowed me to wait there until they emailed my form. She completed my live scan quickly, efficiently, and engaged with my father and I during the entire appointment keeping such a positive vibe.
