I…read morehad braces as a kid, hated dentists my entire life, mostly stemming from all the pain associated with them I'm sure. Needless to say I am 29 and just had my first root canal done here. Much anxiety going in as anyone who knows my past would expect, but... I have to say this experience has changed my mind on dentistry as a whole. Very nice, professional, and the way the doctor and assistant Jami worked together was like watching a TV Show on Dentistry At It's Best! Seriously I was numbed with a gel, which made me not even feel the needle which also numbed me for the procedure. I never felt a thing the whole time, they explained what they were doing during the entire time and to watch those two worked together shows how passionate they are at what they do! Today is the day after the procedure and I honestly can say I'm not in any pain, there's no swelling and if I have to get another root canal... I think it's pretty obvious where I'm going and I'm not even worried, it's been pretty comical telling people at work I had a root canal yesterday because apparently it's a bad experience for people, or they are just going to the wrong place!!!

Going into my surgery I knew it wasn't going to be a fun experience but the need to bring in 5…read morepeople into one operating room seemed excessive and very intimidating, they warned me about this but it's not a good way to practice to keep patients calm. In addition to this they worked way to fast and made some mistakes and cut my cheek, I tried calling the office to speak to a nurse but they just tried to tell me that they had to make a cut in my gum but neglected to believe that they cut my cheek and now I have a spot where if I pull on my cheek air will push out of the void. At the end of the day I know I'm not a expert and they are the "trained" professionals but it just seems like they work to fast and don't care about you after the surgery. I would have left a lower review but my teeth did come out so they could have done worse.

I am sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision…read more I was charged over $6,000 for dental services at this location and experienced multiple quality issues shortly after treatment. A temporary crown was improperly secured and came off the following day while eating soft food. The permanent crown required remaking due to incorrect measurements, and several fillings began breaking apart within one day of placement. Because of these issues, I now need to seek care from another dentist to evaluate and correct work that was recently completed. I also experienced ongoing administrative and back-office issues that contributed to poor communication and errors during my treatment. The dental hygienist was professional and did provide good care. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location. I am pursuing review through my dental insurance and providing documentation from my current dentist regarding the condition of the work performed.
