This is the third time I've been canceled rebooked and double booked. The apt also disappears from their app and when I've gone in they say I never had an apt. HUGE MISTAKE to assume that any reasonable tax payer would prefer to delay their refund by weeks and have to make 2 trips to the bank to deposit each refund!! It's common sense!! Very upsetting! I understand being Ill however, call and let us know before we get there. We went to UPS and they took care of us. Save yourself time and a headache. UPS has a great notary service.
