You get put on hold when you call and always hard to get an appointment, even just for lab work. The lab is terrible. The phlebotomist is very loud and very pushy. She is not very nice. Then I am told that the schedules are full. Everytime we've come to our appoitnments, there are always new staff. This office is very small they should not have such a high turnover rate, no one has worked there longer than a year. Theres an older blond lady who answers the phone, she is rude and does not know what shes doing. she should not be working in a doctors office. Theres another gal who works in the lab, young gal , taller with dark hair. she is extremely stuck on herself, she is not nice to patients. she messed up taking my blood and she messed up telling me the wrong medications. Silverton has lots of other offices, my advice is to go somewhere you'll get treated better and by people who know what they are doing!

After leaving the hospital he told me that the doctor wasn't very kind. He said the doctor 'seemed' a bit arrogant, wasn't too interested in hearing feelings/thoughts, told him to lay down and, evidently, my son was taking too long so the doctor verbally pushed him, saying 'come on! let's go!" (like my son was taking up his time). This made my son feel uneasy and nervous. I tried to find a patient feedback form online but the hospital only sometimes sends out feedback forms. My son now says he doesn't want to go back there. This doctor (Jesse Bohrer-Clancy) must have failed his bedtime manner class.

He has been my doctor for about 11 years now, and I trust him with everything. I had the birth I wanted, both times, and he cared for us the whole way. The office assistrants arent my favorite in the actual clinic itself, but the nurses are sweet and usually you can get in for an appointment with no problem.
