I have received excellent, quality care from Dr. Harmon. She is gentle, kind, caring and very…read moreaware of details. She explains what she is going to gently do before she does it. She asks about my medical health, listens carefully and thoughtfully to my answers and responds kindly and intelligently. She never has a superior, "I am the Doctor" overbearing attitude. The parking lot has lots of good free parking. The office is spotlessly clean and very well managed. The waiting room is beautiful with a gorgeous glass done. Barry, the phlebotomist, is also wonderful. I never even feel the needle for the blood draw! I don't know how he does it. He is kind, charming and easy to chat with. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Harmon and her staff.

I was sent to Dr Harmon due to a bad pap at my primary care. I have a history of cervical cancer. I…read moreonly had the pap at PCP because I'm new to Oregon and finding any care has been difficult. My initial appointment was ok. This must be how she sucks you in. I scheduled follow up for incontinence concerns (prior surgery and experience with this). Also depression/anxiety. I know my body and what I need to have done. Harmon mocked me for needing extra clothes at school like the kids because what I should do is the machine upstairs that fixes all that. She called me dumb for taking a SNRI for years and being pleased with it because that affects libido and everything should be about your libido. She is completely sex crazed and that's all that matters to her is if you're having great sex. She refused to treat my mental health with a prescription that I had been taking successfully for decades. She made me feel really insecure and terrible about myself but this was the only office I could even get in to for some legitimate health issues. I was pressured hard into some procedures that have left me completely numb so my libido went from low to gone. She did this by chiding and making fun. Other things too were pushed hard over insurance-covered things especially the pellet therapy. It was basically gaslighting and abuse that it's taken me a long time to realize. She never addressed my actual concerns. She screwed my hormones up so bad it has taken over a year to recover to a place where a thoughtful doctor can start over. Dr Harmon is preying on women and making a fortune with her trickery and scams. Avoid. I'd give zero stars if it allowed.

First thing you see when you walk in is a giant advertisement for anti-wrinkle treatment. Not a…read moregood look. If you call to reschedule an appointment they won't do it, they'll tell you they'll call you back and then wait a few days to do it. Their policy is also to not refill prescriptions unless you have an appointment first. So they only refill prescriptions during appointments, which is dangerous and inconvenient and I can only think that it's a cash grab. They will not refill your prescription over the phone and they won't let the pharmacy do it. Imagine being disabled and not having a ride or the time for an appointment before your medication runs out. Horrible place.

Used this place as my 'medical home' for a couple years because the insurance co. said I needed a…read more'medical home'. Ok, fine, but they didn't really DO anything. FNP Cunningham is pretty great. Very nice lady, there was another FNP who I saw and was also very nice. But they can't 'fix' it 'treat' anything. Everything gets referred out. The office staff has a notable turn over rate. (Happy staff usually stay at good jobs). They have always been extremely difficult in assisting patients. Since covid they've really gone down the tubes. It's ok that the office is outdated, I'm fine with that, but there's no real care given to anyone. Maybe they're good for people with chronic conditions or major ongoing issues, they weren't a good fit for me. Very aggravating indeed. I'd recommend going to a more organized clinic. Update!!! Today I called to speak to office manager Anna. I wanted to hear a confirmation my order was sent to the lab clinic, she had another agenda! The dear woman proceeded to scold me like a bad little girl letting me know the office is dismissing me of service. Oh honey, that's so cute you thought I was still a patient of primary care west. I tried my best not to giggle at her silliness over the phone. Just quit lying to me and do your job! Send over my surgeon order to the lab! It's simple as that, but 2 weeks of being jerked around the office staff I had it with them! Again, the NP's & I remember 1 MA that was cool, other than that - nope! Totally recommend elsewhere

So these few pictures I've posted are but a fraction of the facility here. Throughout you'll see…read moretranquility promoting fountains, lots of plants, nice furniture, a laptop for patient use, nice televisions, natural light galore, a bistro which is nice when you're out having blood tests done and need to grab a bite at some point (the food smelled very good). But aside from the more superficial aspects of this place you'll find pleasant, patient and hard working hospital staff. The nurses and doctors are the same across the board, on the ball about appointments and providing adequate care. If you can believe it, I've gone to an appointment only to find my doctor flaked. Its clear that they're ready to face challenges with those of us that are heading into battle against cancer. Or perhaps it's just regular screening (keep that up by the way). They also CLEARLY are very active in spreading awareness. In one of the waiting rooms (I'll get more pictures) there are years worth of framed memorabilia from functions meant to raise money and awareness. Love it! The set up here is fantastic regarding being able to get around. Ever had to walk up long gloomy corridors (literally up as in an incline) after a surgery? BLEH! Not here!! The elevators are conveniently placed and seating is ample. Since we're talking about getting around, I should mention that I took the stairs up To the appointment and down after. OMG I had no idea how badly I need a stair machine or bike until today. My legs were on fire!! Lol anyways, whether you take an elevator down or use the stairs, eventually you'll make your way past the friendly men and women at the front desk, the yummy bistro and out to the pickup and drop-off area. The roundabout thing in the front is much bigger than say, legacy Immanuel...which is nice for those helpers picking up and dropping of loved ones. The parking area is very close too. If you're like me, you'd take a bench outdoors over indoor seating any day and we're in luck, long benches outside. Good luck and syoy!!
