I had wheel work done at this business. Upon taking the boat back to my son-in-laws, the wheel almost came off. The lug nuts had not been tightened. It ruined the rim and required another business to repair the situation as we were stuck out along the road. The owner is very helpful, we had a trailer problem and he went out of his way to try and get us back on the road. When we needed a boat cover he recommended a local shop that also took great care of us. They are very upfront about how long it will take and the price quoted has always been spot on. Wow, not the friendly service, no one smiles. It is like they don't care or you are bothering them. If they don't sell your brand they do not work on it. The mechanic runs the show even through he does not own the place. I feel some what said for the owners, the mechanic has the owners over a barrel, and he knows it. This is the only show in town and they know it so don't expect much. I take my boat to Jims Anchorage, big smiles, they seem concerned about you and your boat. read more
