We had not used her before but we had Been in her store. We brought our golden in for her appointment with some reservations and anxiety. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by friendly staff members. After speaking with an employee for a brief period Megan, the owner, greeted us. She went over everything with me and was quite attentive to our golden who truly believes it is all about her. I felt more comfortable leaving her after the interaction I had with Megan and employees. When I received a text that she was done I went into the shop to see our dog looking totally beautiful. She was behind the counter with Megan with a toy in her mouth, imagine that. Megan went over everything and I was pleasantly surprised as the price was less than expected. I believe we have a new groomer. Thank you Megan and everyone else. It is obvious you love what you do. My advice if you are interested is to check them out, you will definitely be pleased. They also have several mobile grooming vans. Rating is 5stars only because there are not more.

I made a reservation for my border collie and australian shepherd for Thursday. I totally spaced it and forgot to bring the dogs in. Duh! They were so accommodating and understanding. Plus... our dogs never looked better after they were done. My wife couldn't stop saying how good they looked. We'll be going here from now on for our dog grooming needs. Their price was lower than taking them to PetsMart. The quality of work by Kyli , and the care for our dogs, was far superior to PetsMart.

All the while, ive been paying extra to put him in isolation while hes there so his injury isn't aggravated by playing with other dogs. My dog is my life, my baby, and my greatest joy. They are responsibile for failing to report his injury leading to a delay in diagnosis and treatment, and ultimately to him having violent muscle spasms in their lobby. Everyone knows how much I'm obsessed with my dog and how much I care for her! I'm not one to…read morecomplain very often about a business... but this one set me over the edge. Most people know doodles are very hard to care for their hair. I absolutely do my best to care for her. Yes, she was matted, and I was okay with shaving her for the summer and keeping her comfortable. Me and my husband dropped her off, and my husband picked her up because I could not. It cost us 200$!! I know my husband paid the bill he didn't know what to do since I wasn't there to back him up on it. Yes, my doodle was matted, and I was aware, and she needed shaved down. They charge way too much for services they charged 50$ for matting, which she was shaved completely down, so they didn't demat her. She is a 25lb mini golden doodle. Her face is all chopped up uneven cut. Her ears are dirty they were never cleaned, and nails are sharp and not buffered, which was included in the service. Also has razor/clipper burns. I left a review on facebook explaining my opinion and experience. The owner, Danielle, blocked me from the Facebook page, After she came up with every excuse in the book for each complaint I had. She also didn't groom my dog. Our groomer stated my dog did great during the grooming, and Daniemle said she didn't and has video footage, which she will not show me. All I asked was for a refund, and I would be gone. She said no refunds, which is nowhere stated on the website or forms. They offered to fix her, but I refused to go back after they botched her. They also removed my review from google. I also posted a photo of Leela previously groomed at another groomer that was done correctly!
