My brother is an anesthesiologist in Virginia and also practices pain management, and sometimes the difference in success is not just the procedure, but the doctor doing it. We are now in step 1, with Dr. Soon, and she and the staff have been wonderful. The first test shots went like a breeze and was done with care and professionalism. The room where we met the doctor was the smallest patient room I've ever been inside. But, most disturbing was the fact the walls were so thin I could hear other patients talking to their doctors. In turn I could hear the doctor discussing my wife's conditions through the closed door. The discussion was talking place in the common area where the other patients could hear from their places inside closed rooms. Also, all the receptionists and billing people could also hear their derisive comments. I found the whole set up extremely unprofessional. I will be making a HIPAA complaint in the near future.
