We started off with a Wisconsin old fashioned and a Brussels sprouts appetizer. The drink was great, and we were both really impressed with the amount and flavor of the Brussels sprouts. I then ordered a Caramel Confessions drink, which was sweet and amazing (I saved some for the end, as my dessert) while my husband had a local beer. For our main dish, we split the YOLO pizza, what they called the meat lovers'. It was delicious. I'm a bread snob, and I make my own pizza dough, and their crust as fantastic with good chewiness. Waitresses were just standing there while the 1 'tender was working her ass off. We sat at the bar and barely got service because she was so busy. I of course don't know how the place works, but it seems like someone could have helped her. We only stayed for 1 beer and left because we couldn't get any of the bartender's time.
