I have only dealt with gim by phone and post but the customer care is like from a bygone age. He has a very good reputation on the watch forums as being a specialist in old Russian mechanical watches that other watchmakers won't touch. I collect these as they are tough and reliable and he has fixed a couple up for me a treat. I would trust him with any watch and he will be my go to man in future.
