Visited with a large party on 7/10 and this place was busy! Ordered lots of food and there was a young man working the pizzas behind the counter along with a manager. This young man kept up with all the orders and as I went back up for a small order of breadsticks, it seems that another family took my order by mistake and the young man made a fresh batch of breadsticks and offered to help me carry the pizzas back to my table. Great management carrying a great team will produce this kind of customer service. Great job!!! read more

This was the 1st time ordering PPP. We ordered "the werks" pan pizza & I have to say, I have never had pizza made with tomato sauce instead of pizza sauce. It didn't even taste like pizza. Peter pipers isn't what it used to be, but maybe that's because I'm an adult now. I can complain about the pizza not being crispy and the wings not being well done like I asked. Ordered my meal at 6:08pm for an 8:30 pick up. Arrived at 8:50 and they didn't have my salad, they also were out of wings and it would be another 10-15 minutes. My pizza has been sitting since 8:30 and is now cold and didn't even allow me to get fresh pizzas. Oh and the bottom of the pizza is burned like the scrapped it or didn't clean their oven! So I'm writing this review because We got 10 chicken wings and the ranch cup they gave us is not even half way filled. When I went back to tell the employee if I could have a different one thinking it was just a mistake but she said they were all filled up that much. I've gone to different PPP AND THEY HAVE NEVER HAD THEIR RANCH CUPS ONLY FILLED UP "half way". So that was very upsetting. So my complaint doesn't just stop there. When we forgot got to here it was a mess and we had to ask for the table to be clean. It wasn't even busy for it to be that much of a mess. Was here Sunday 8/7 for a walk in mini bday Alex and another girl With no name tag eyeballed me and pointed us out to other staff including the management after we set up just a table cloth and pulled two more tables together the girl in the red approached me and said tables are not to be touched or moved mind u a party in front of us did the same thing and after us. She asked us to move .I would have moved but the fact they eyeballed us pointed and then waited till we put the cloth and placed the cake out was just unfair .I ended up speaking to manager Ellis who confirm the girls complained we moved the tables but assured them this was allowed . The whole time we were there Alex and the girl with no name tag continued to eyeball our party and point us out to other staff . They even stood at the counter starring as I spoke to the manager Ellis I told him how unprofessional and to look at them starring now as we speak. They poured lots of flour on our 6 pizzas to point the kids did not want to eat it . I did not feel safe asking the same staff to remake so Ellis gave me a coupon for the 1 pizza and I showed him look at all this flour. We did nothing wrong but walk in to have a party I am disgusted with the staff and can assure you we will never give our business to this location we spend close to 200.00 just to be mistreated eyeballed and pointed at for pushing two more tables together mind your we cleaned our tables and placed them back . Scheduled pick up for 3pm this morning and my order was not close to being ready. I was told there were no wings, and later told there are, but needed to wait, so the communication was poor to start with. Later, I waited 20min, which isn't terrible, but the courteous thing to do would be to provide an estimate. Instead I was wondering when things would be ready and check periodically myself. Personally, I love PPP. It's my favorite kind of pizza and the wings are pretty good. This location is the one my fiancée and I typically go to and today 11/27/22 we had placed a carry out order online that was supposed to be ready for pick up at 6pm. We get here at like 6:06pm and it's not ready and they tell us our pizza is ready but not the wings. Even though I could see that there were TWO trays full of ready wings that were just sitting on the counter (eventually 20 minutes later they ended up giving those wings to someone who was dining in which sucks for them because those wings had been sitting out for a while). We finally got our complete order at 6:41pm but now we have a cold pizza. The original man who checked out when we got there said it was only going to be about 15min (keep in mind we got there at 6:06pm) but then he never checked up on us or gave us any updates. I also brought our order to the attention of a cashier girl at the 30 min mark... no action was taken. In the meantime, people who ordered after us were getting their wings so I'm pretty sure they had just forgotten about us. No one on the staff ever checked in on us until a young man did around 6:38 and when we told him we had been waiting on wings he immediately went to go get us our wings (kudos to that young man) and he apologized to us about the wait. Usually this Peter Piper has good service except for today at 4:45pm. I waited at the register for over 15 minutes. The cashier took the order in front if me, walked off to laugh and talk with the cook. Another employee came out of the back all 3 looked at me and nothing. I gave up walked to the booth and talked to my husband, we decided to leave and still no one said anything to us. No wonder it was empty. Keep ignoring customers. We had my daughters birthday party here last weekend. Our host Jessica was great, she was ontop of everything and came by often to check on us. This is a relatively cheap place to have a party compared to other places and all of the kids had a great time! It was stress free for my husband and I and my daughter left happy! Went today to have lunch with my son. The buffet was decent, the man who took our order was pleasant, and the place looked mostly clean. My issue is with Kenneth who was apparently assigned to work the prize counter, but has no business interacting with customers; especially children. He gave my kid items he didn't ask for, then told him to leave. I interfered and told him that's not what my son selected, which he then argued with me about. He proceeded to tell me that when they're this busy (no one else was at the counter) that he gets stressed and can't take the time to have kids pick exactly what they want. I understand it's a cheap prize counter, but this rude employee's customer service skills are completely lacking. We'll go to Gattiland or Chuck E Cheese next time. read more

I've been impressed with this location on several occasions. Consistently, its always very clean, full with helpful employees and less crazy than the other places to have kids parties. We're talking Saturday afternoon @ 3pm only 5 birthday parties were being held, compared to south sides Peter Pipers and Chuck E's 27 parties. Visited this location on a Sunday afternoon in March 2017. My 3 year old soon enjoyed the video games and small play area (1 spiral slide/1 tube/1 staircase). This location is smaller than the Bandera and Military locations I have been to for parties, but this is what I enjoyed. The larger locations are too packed with people and very loud. There's plenty of parking here. The front doors are in the middle of the restaurant with short walls to the left and right side of the walkway (to the order counter). The left side was primarily reserved for the parties and the right side was for the non-party patrons. The game area was full, but not crowded. Plenty of video games for all ages were available. The table and 2 drinking/utensil stations were clean when I was there. TV's are hanging on both dining sections. The pizza was nice and hot. read more
